      My trash is missed all the time. When you call to tell them someone will call back or they will send someone out to pick it up. My service runs on Thursday. If I call on Thursday they say they have until 5 o'clock to pick it up. So I call the next day and they tell me that it will be picked up Friday or sat and nothing you call Monday and they are working to pick it up. Nothing but no credit for not picking it up. But don't be late or they will lock your acct until paid. And they tell you whatever to get you off the phone. And noone is in the office on weekend. Either the truck broke down the weather was bad but don't give them excuse or they won't pick it up until paid. Customer service is very poor

      my original account was the ********** I have paid monthly and now they say my account was canceled back in September and a new account was opened ********** which was not authorized. They are saying the first account was written off however I never got a bill that stated that. My invoices say 0 do because I paid in advance. I cant get into the new account they say I have so I have no clue how much they say I owe however my trash has been picked up until 3 weeks ago and now they say my service has been revoked and they are turning it over to collections. I never canceled the first account, and the second account was never authorized, and I have never received a bill for the second account. My dumpster has sat full for three weeks. if my service was cancelled why didnt they come and get the dumpster. At this point I dont want them on my property, The dumpster says ****** ****** ***** not cards so they can just leave it be at this point.

      (1)  ***** ***** was bought out by Cards in Nov.

      (2)  I signed contract with Cards in Dec. with 2 monts in advance

      (3)  Unhappy with their service and wanted to cancel

      (4)  They did not make any pick ups in Dec.

      (5)  I'm payed through Dec. & Jan.

      (6)  They refuse to refund my $45 for Dec & Jan.

      We pay for trash service with Cards. They are supposed to pick up the trash every Wednesday. Since we have contracted their service they have neglected to pick up trash more often than not. We have called numerous times without resolution. During month of December the only pick up was in December 11 and we did not see them again till January 8 when we were calling them several times a day to speak to manager that never called us back however they did get the trash. 1/22 they again did not show, we contacted them 1/24 in am and have had no call back and full trash still outside.
      This has been ongoing since the very beginning of contracting with them for trash pick up during summer 2024. Every single month there has been issues.

      Repeatedly cancelled a service that was not contract based, service was pay 3 months in advance, was not initiated with this company, pricing increased monthly for no service change, told by company the charges are removed and cancelled, continue to receive bills, multiple contacts with no change. Other previous members have had the same issues with no results.

      Trash services were paid quarterly for weekly pickup. Contacted cards when my trash was not picked up for weeks at a time, sometimes 5-6 weeks at a time cancelled my service with them in October after they did not pick up my trash for 2 months, but they are still sending me statements after they picked up their cart in November. I am not the only one to have issues with this company and surely won’t be the last I would like this issue resolved before they threaten me with legal action to pay for services I am no longer receiving.

      We asked CARDS to come pick up a dumpster and after they finally picked it up, they continued to charge us for the dumpster. They are also threatening to send me to collections when I don't owe them any money.

      On 9/30/2024 we called and cancelled our trash service with Cards because they repeatedly failed to pick up our trash almost every week. We called each week and still got no service from them. 9/30/24 should have been our last pick up date instead they picked up the small cart trash container and charged us for three more months of trash service which they did not provide. Year to date they have billed us repeatedly and they have not picked up our trash since early September 2024. We have called multiple times only to be argued with and told we had to pay the bill, even though we cancelled the service.
      Each month we receive a statement tacking on more fees and charges. Most recently on 1\2\2025, they claim that we owe $215.85. Today 1\17\25, we received a call threatening to turn us into collections.
      What kind of a sham are they running trying to bill and collect on services they are not providing? We are an elderly couple that do not need the harassment we are getting from this company on a service we cancelled. It was cancelled via a phone call as well as written on a statement that was sent back to them stating we had cancelled our service on 09/30/24.
      We want resolution with them clearing up this bill that we do not owe. Please help us get this corrected because we do not owe them any money.

However, we are unable to remove the remaining $35 balance, as it is tied to an NSF fee that was applied when you stopped payment on your check. As a result, will remain due.       Cards is currently charging us for a dumpster that is supposed to be picked up weekly, It has been three weeks since they have emptied our dumpster, we have called them almost every day for a resolution and been told they were sending someone out each day, but that has yet to happen, I am not the only one in my community that this is happening to, we asked about a credit on our bill since they have failed to do what we are paying them to do and were told they don't do that, our trash is piling up and continues to do so for $103 bucks a month.
