      Cards Recycling billed me twice in one month for the same service. They said we were notified but I never received a letter. The email they sent was not formatted to be read on my phone. This prompted me to cancel my service as of the end of April. I requested a refund for the amount they charged in advance for May. The second charge was pulled from my account on April 10, 2024 in the amount of $30.19. The first payment for April was debited on Apri 5, 2024 for $29.89. I have spoken to them on 3 occasions now all to be told I have to talk to a manager who is never available nor returns calls. I am not the only one going through this process. My brother and neighbor are also canceling their service and trying to get a refund for over payment.

      Paid Money to Cards Mo LLC for residential trash service.They hit and Miss picking up trash. The last time my trash was picked up was in March.I have trash piling up. I have called and e-mailed this company several times. Nothing!!! Just lip service!!

      Cards recycling purchased ******** ***** ******* Jan. 1st 2024. Since January our service has been poor to non existent. I will not discuss the missed trash service prior to the month of April as I understand company changes during a period of transition. However, since April 1st they have missed our trash pickup 3 out of 3 weeks. Our normal trash day is Wednesday. We are the last pickup on the route on State Highway U in Douglas County. The pickup time is late afternoon, many times close to dark which is quite dangerous for the trash truck employees and other travelers. Our stop is the last on the route and I have given the route drivers permission to turn around in our driveway. Each of the last 3 weeks in April they have not picked up. Which requires another call the customer service the following morning. Which also means our trash cans must sit along the highway another 2 days until the come pickup. Which means more rodents, coyotes, stray dogs and cats scattering trash for us to pick up. What I would like from the BBB is to discuss this issue with the appropriate managers within Cards to fine a resolution. Unfortunately other trash services in this area are either worse (***) or do not offer service with trash containers. Please help. Our service location is ***** ***** ******* *. This is the service address Cards Recycling recognizes. Our County still does not have recognized 911 addresses so our physical mailing address of ** ** *** **** does not register with Cards.

      This business sold to Cards disposal in June 2023. We were told to continue to make our payment and they would forward it until notified to do otherwise. In December we were given back our online banking check so I waited to be contacted. I was not proactive about contacting Cards but they didn't contact me either. The first of April they didn't pick up my trash and so I called to find out what I owed for December to April. They told me I owed from last June and called me a liar when I said I had been paying ********. I have bank statements to show I'm being truthful. I was told that wasn't there problem and I owed them around 3 hundred dollars. Now I don't know what to do.

      It's been 3 weeks now since they last picked up my trash. Every since the company switched to Cards my trash has not been picked up. I call every day and I'm told someone will come pick up the trash and no one ever comes.

      They are trying to send me to collections for services I never received and I never signed a contract with them. They just picked up my trash can this week and my service was canceled in January. They are rude and have horrible service.

      Our trash and many, many others trash has not been picked up for over 2 weeks. I have called and spoke to different people from the company. Other people in the area had done the same thing. Some of us get the same answers and some get different answers of why they haven’t picked up the trash. They have told us it would be picked up within 24 or 48 hours. That was over a week ago. It is time for us to get our bill again and I don’t feel I should pay for a months service when I’m not getting that service. The trash is really getting piled up and going to get nasty! I want credited for the service that has not been done and I want trash picked up weekly like it was supposed to be.

      Cards is charging us every three months for trash service to be picked up once a week and they will go 2-3 weeks without picking up trash. I’ve called them to try and cancel and get my money back and they refuse to return my money. This is going on in all of Marshfield and Nianga Missouri. *** news just done a story on them because they have been getting a lot of complaints about their trash service.

      They have not picked up my trash in 2 weeks. I live in a rural area and this is really the only place I can get yeah service through right now. I can't go without trash service. I am desperate.

I have been forced to find trash service elsewhere due to the lengthy time it has taken to have my trash picked up and it still had not been picked up. I have  tried to call customer service and no answer. Please have someone pick the dumpster up ASAP.

      They have not picked up my trash for 2 weeks now. This isn't the first time this has happened. They were taken over the first of the year. This is the 3rd time it has gone a full week without picking the trash up.

      I would like for them to pick up my trash consistently.
