      Our trash has not been picked up for 3 weeks. They should have been here on April 11, 2024.

      I would like for them to pick up our trash in an orderly manner.

      I used to use ********* ***** service and they got bought out by cards recycling and disposal out of Arkansas, I have paid $132 since January and I have to call two three times a week because they will not pick up my trash and every time I call I either don't get nobody or I get the run around stating that we'll get to it as soon as we can, they stopped picking up trash at the end of February. It takes him 2 to 3 weeks to even pick it up. And they keep taking out payments and not picking up my trash.

      They are a trash service pickup company for our area. They bought out another company that did our pickups and we were scheduled for Monday pickups. They don't come and we call and they say they will come the next day or 24-48 hours later and they do not come. No one has had their trash service picked up. They have a monopoly.

      I would like for them to pick up our trash consistently going forward.

      They took over being my trash provider in January. I was paid up until the end of March. They picked up my trash 4 times if I am lucky. I had to call them because they missed my trash. My trash is at the end of my lane. Their truck drove down my lane and damaged my driveway. They didn’t even pick up my trash. The company before them I had been with for 7 years and never had an issue. They bought them out and it has been awful. I have been very kind and understanding. The supervisor has refused to return my call. I am done and switched to a new provider. I paid for a service I wasn’t getting and had to call to finally get picked up.

      Thank you for taking the time to report any and all discrepancies that you are experiencing with our company.  After reviewing your account we have found that it is cancelled out per the customers request.  Also, regarding a refund it is a against company policy to issue refunds for pervious months.  If there was a service related issue we have since fixed those issues.

      I am rejecting this response because: They didnt even address the fact their truck driver drove down my driveway that he should have never and messed up my yard and lane. I never heard from anyone and has not been fixed.  The fact I am still being billed. I canceled after they drove down my lane and messed up my lane and yard and didn’t even pick up my trash. Then two weeks later I had 18 bags of trash at the end of the lane they didn’t pick up so I called someone else and they picked it up that week.

      Cards took over from ******** ***** ******* in the beginning of 2024. Since they took over, they have barely ever made it to pickup our trash on our pickup day which is thursday. We pay them 22 dollars a month on the 2nd of each month.

      They have not been out to pickup our trash in the last two weeks, I called them earlier today at about 4pm asking if they were going to make it out and they told me they would be here by 8pm and they still did not pick it up. This even made the *** news on April 11th. There are miles and miles of overflowing trash cans all over ******* and ****** county.

      Cards took over our trash service at the beginning of the year. My pick up today is supposed to be Thursdays. They miss my pick up at least once a week and sometimes two times a week. When calling you don’t get a straight answer from them. And they state they will not credit the weeks missed by they bill monthly and. It weekly. They don’t do what they say they are going to do.

      Cards Holdings bought our original trash service in January. Everything was fine until last week. Trash wasn't picked up on the regular day. Called later that day and was told a ticket was put in and trash should be picked up the next day. It wasn't so I called again. I was told they lost all their drivers and the new drivers were learning their routes and it would for sure be picked up by Saturday (3 days late). Still wasn't picked up by Monday. It's now nine days later, they have missed a 2nd pick-up date and now when I call, the managers are in a meeting or they just stepped out or they just can't be found, basically unavailable (according to the person on the phone) and they refuse to call me back.

      I have talked to their customer service department multiple time about our canceled account. They continue to send bills for service and add late fees. We canceled our account with a zero balance 4 months ago!

      Trash company collects money but will not collect trash. I have paid over 200 dollars and only picked up about 5 times. Called the company numerous times and am told they are working on it. They will not call me back. I didn't pick this company they bought out the company I used and had no issue with.

      Our trash hauler was bought out by Cards last year. We kept them for a few months and we had paid through 31 Dec 2023. I called them on 20 Dec 2023 to cancel our service which they did. I got a bill for $72.50 for three more months around 23 Jan. I called the office on 23 Jan 2024 to tell them we no longer had their service. She said she will make sure the bills stopped coming. On 27 Mar 2024 we got a robocall saying they had turned us over to a 3rd party collections company. I want this immediately reversed and if it was sent to the credit agencies, reversed there as well.
