      Terrible service!!! Do not use Cards!! They miss picking up trash frequently. They also have poor billing service. Call to cancel service, get told service is canceled. Then get billed for 3 months of service bc they still have your card info. Then when you ask for your money back they take weeks to give anything back then want to keep your money for picking up their own carts. Terrible company, terrible service. Don’t give them your card info.

      The waste management company that I had used for years was bought out by cards recycling. I set up automatic payments with my credit card so it would be paid automatically on a monthly basis. The payments started out at $23 per month. Then out of nowhere my card was charged $23.23 without any notice that rates were changing. Then the company notified customers that automatic payments would be deducting our accounts every three months instead of every month and this was not a problem. The new deduction would be 69.69 for three months, okay not a problem. The next auto payment was in the amount of $71.78 for three months and I let it go even though they gave no notice for the extra charge. Okay three months go buy and the next deduction from my credit card was $75.37 and this deduction came almost 10 days before I received a statement that had no notice of increase of payment.
      We had called three months ago to ask why the increase in fees and the person did not know why. We also asked not to charge our credit card for extra charges until we were notified. This call did nothing in changing their business practices. I called again today which is three months later from the first call. I asked about extra charges and why we were not notified before they charged our credit cards for extra fees. They said prices of everything has gone up so they had to raise their prices. She also said they are not required to notify customers of increases in monthly charges.
      I have removed my credit card from their automatic payment system so they can send me a bill and I will write them a check and send it by mail. If my bill goes up without explanation then I will cancel their services and go to another company.
      Furthermore I also read on their website somewhere that once you pay them for three months service and you cancel that they will not reimburse you from that point on. So if you are charged before you realize they have overcharged you, tough luck for you.

      well they have billed me and my wife for 120.00 stating they dropped off a receptacle on 9-16-24 which they never did .now i just got off the phone with Amber they will not even provide the supervisors full name. But now they say we owe only 45.00 for nothing at all.. very poor company. They also stated they purchased our account from republic waste.. after speaking with republic who says they do not sell accounts to others. This is a complete scam..

      They raise rates without any notice. They also make you pay 3 months in advance so you have no control over what is charged on your credit card auto draft payment.

      Cards took over a family owned trash service in Kansas. Cards service was awful. They missed picking up trash often. I was set up on auto pay. Cards took 3 months worth of service out without informing me. I pulled my information off the online account. I was paid up through September. I called and emailed them to cancel my service at the end of September. I still am receiving bills for the next 3 months worth of service, plus a late fee. I again emailed them telling them I am not paying for a service I was not receiving. This was their response: Hello, I went ahead and added a note on your account stating this I’ll add it to sales and adjustments as well, but the policy for cancellations is after the quarter and before the next billing period you canceled after the bill for October November and December was sent. Hello, I went ahead and looked at your account again and it appears that the request for the removal of the bill for October November and December was denied. This is due to we can not cancel mid quarter after billing is sent.
      Not once did I receive any policy notifications. I am also reporting them to the Kansas Attorney General. I'm giving them one star as there is not an option for 0.

      If I could give a zero I would, and from the alert that pops up here on the BBB site, Im sure they wont do anything about this horrendous service, but Im so mad that Im not going to miss a place to review this company.
      I paid for services for JULY/AUG/SEPT, well out of the 3 months they missed 4 pickups, so thats a month of service I didnt get, then 3 weeks before my contract was set to either expire or be renewed a flat bed truck went up my street and removed mine and 5 other houses cans. I gave it a day, maybe they were bringing new cans, so I called customer service and I dont know if being a rude nasty person is criteria for thier customer service people or im just "lucky" but I explained to her what I just said above and shes like "we'll bring ya a can" I told her, "ha no thanks, please cancel my contract and Id really need someone higher up to email me or give me a call, because Im going to need a refund for 7 weeks of pickups that didnt happen and arent going to happen since you guys stole my can" and she just said "its cancelled" and hung up on me.
      So here we are in Nov. and Im getting calls about them sending me to collections for Oct/Nov/Dec service. So I call them this morning and again explain the entire situation and that I dont owe them any money, because A) you havent provided any services since 1st week of Sept. 3 weeks before the new contract was meant to start & B) I literally dont have thier can to have services from them regardless. And this lady again, so rude, tells me shell let her accounting dept know. When i inquired if I would get a call back or do i need to speak to them, she said "youll have to call back in 14 days and find out what they decided" EXCUSE ME, so I HAVE to do more work because your company OBVIOUSLY from my experience and all these reviews on here experiences shows you guys have NO clue how to operate a buisness. And i tell her to make sure they know what Ive said, about the lack of services and the "theft" of my can.

      Cancelled service as Cards did not pickup trash on pickup day and gave me the runaround for 10 days. They finally showed up after I had already hired another company and cancelled service after 10 days of no service. Started receiving bills for late fees and dumpster removal fee. Called to complain and got a rude response from the representative. Told her I would report them and she said do whatever you want, this is our policy.
      Unbelievable.

      I was a client of PTS, Hartville, Missouri for less than a year when I was notified Cards bought them out. Initially my trash was picked up on my collection day. During July and August 2024 pick up was spotty. I called to report my trash wasn’t picked up and I received lip service as my trash was not picked up when they said it would be. I had heard rumblings of others in my area experiencing similar issues so I called to cancel service on 9/3/2024. I talked to Tanesha (spelling?) who canceled my service and automatic payment. We discussed I had a PTS can and I was told it would be picked up. After my last pickup my container was placed at the end of my driveway apart from my neighbors containers I thought this meant they were going to collect it. I left it there for a few weeks but finally moved it near the other containers. Today I received an email with an invoice for $25 for 96 gal Removal. I called customer service and was told it’s their practice to charge for delivery as well as pickup. I was not told this when I called to cancel nor is this stated in the Welcome Package we received (I still have this packet). I also mentioned the container hasn’t been picked up and she asked why I didn’t call to let them know! Unbelievable; we discussed when I canceled my service and now you want me to hold you accountable! This company is extremely disappointing and I’m sorry they moved into SW MO, we deserve better.

      4 weeks I have called telling them to cancel services and they haven't till this week. Now they are claiming we will be charged the next 3 months coming up for some reason and they still haven't gotten their trash cans! I have been yelled at and lied to by customers service. I wish this company would have never taken over our little towns trash service!
