      Poor service. Took quarterly payment at start of summer and have never been back to oick up trash. Went to different company. Have emailed and talked to a live person telling them to come get their trash bin as I no longer will use them. Still getting invoices and now phone calls about late payment. These people are a ripoff bunch.

      I have called them for months and months and months asking them to kind of pick up my dumpster, they neglected to pick it up. Finally, they come to pick it up. I believe on the third or fourth of this month of october, they send me a bill for $75 for picking up the dumpster. I mean, who does that no one's ever charged for picking up there? Dumpster or trash cam, once i've canceled the trash service, they neglected to tell me that they were going to charge me.There's seventy five dollars for picking it up this is the worst trash service I have ever had in my life. They should not be in business

      Cards brought out Phillip trash service. And we had to start paying our bill for every 3 months. That was okay. I paid July Aug and September. For 90 days. It was not due again till October 1st and would be for Oct Nov and December for 90 dollars. I called them on September 19th. And told them that we sold our house and that I was paid up till September 30th and can they pick up the trash can. She said I would still have to pay for Oct Nov and December bill. I said no I'm not going to be living here and you can pick up trash can on September 30th. She said I would still be charged. Because I didn't give them a 30 days notice. I never signed a contract. With them. So today I got a bill from them for 136.00 dollars for Oct Nov and December 90 dollars and 20 dollars late fee and 25 dollars to pick up their trash can. This place needs to be looked into. They are ripping people off.

      I wish I could give zero stars. I paid for a year of service in December of 2023. Several times this year they didn’t pick up my trash cause they said I owed money. How can I owe money if I paid for the whole year? Every time I have called it was very poor customer service.

      Wish I could give zero stars. I was with another company prior to CARDS buying them out, but I stuck with CARDS for a while, hoping they could work through initial hiccups, but that just didn't happen. By the time I'd wanted to switch, I had plans to move, so instead of switching to another company for two months, I rode it out with CARDS. What a mistake. When I knew my move out date, I personally canceled with them on the phone and was informed they do not allow cancellations mid-quarter (they now bill by the quarter), so in essence, expecting me to pay for services I would not receive. Even though I paid the balance through the month I'd be using their service, I still receive invoices for services beyond that month, including now past-due fees. I have personally spoken with them on the telephone but have not able to speak with a supervisor. As others have mentioned, avoid the headache

      I received my Oct, Nov, & Dec bills via email on Sep 12th at 8:54:53. I opened and read them on Fri, Sep 13, 2024. On the same date, I sent an email and called at 8:13 AM, and spoke with a representative. I own a small campground, & in the off-season, I don’t have enough garbage to warrant a weekly pick-up. She informed me that bi-weekly service is not provided. I said okay, then I would like to suspend my service as of October 1 and resume service on April 1, 2025. She then replied that she would cancel my service and submit a request for a full refund to see if it’s approved. See if it’s approved, I asked? Why wouldn’t I receive a refund for services not rendered, she couldn’t provide an explanation.
      I called again on Sept 27, 2024, and spoke to another representative. She said that the billing department is backed up and that she cannot guarantee my $89.61 would be refunded. She mentioned there is a grace period between the 10th-15th during which a customer needs to call to get a full refund. Knowing this, and knowing that I called on Sept 13th, why can’t someone just say YES, you are getting your full refund?!
      I emailed Dan ***********, owner, who passed this off to Crystal ******. She emailed me today, Sept 30, 2024, saying Quarterly Subscription is billed on the 10th of the month before the next quarter. I will not get a refund. The $89.61 will be applied when I resume service. I spoke with my bank today, Sep 30, 2024, and they confirmed that the payment was not requested until Sep 11th, and the money was drawn from my account on Sep 12, the date when I received my billing statement. As mentioned above I called on Sept 13 and canceled and requested my money back. There is a grace period, yet I am given no grace. I have no intention of doing business with a company that operates under what is called deceptive business practices.
      I WON'T RESUME GARBAGE SERVICE IN APRIL 2025. I will dig a hole and BURN MY GARBAGE BEFORE I GIVE THIS COMPANY ANOHER PENNY!!

      I’m on auto pay with this service every 3 months.
      My current problem is that being on auto pay they debit my account 15 days prior to the 1st of the month. I called the stop service on 9/17/24, before Oct 1st. I was told that they don’t give refunds and that my last pickup would be Nov 22, no apologies then they disconnected. That’s 5.5 weeks owed to me.
      Customer service that day was terrible

      My two handwashing sinks and four portable toilets were picked up in the beginning of June. They have been billing me for them now for four months and no one can return my phone calls. Their customer service doesn’t know anything and is incompetent. It is impossible to get a manager on the phone. They also do not service their porta potties on a regular schedule. We have went weeks without service.

      They stopped picking up our trash Aug 16 called following Monday and were told it would be picked up that day didn’t happen , called every other day for 2 weeks they didn’t pick up our trash till September, had to call another company they picked it up on a holiday even. We were paid till the end of September never called and apologized and told we would not get a refund because they don’t give those. It was so bad they have made the local news KY3

      CARDs Frontenac did not pick up the trash (residential) for two weeks and then refused to give a refund for the week missed. The pick up day was September 5th, and much if not all of Frontenac was not serviced that week. When asked when they were going to pick up the trash, they told me it was scheduled for two days later. They did this twice before I gave up. When they refused to give a refund for the week missed, I told them to cancel my service, which they did, saying that the service would end at the end of the month. They then removed my garbage can the next day instead of the end of the month. Every CARD user on my block has since switched to 4 State. I do not recommend this company.
