  I called Cards and cancel my service They said i owe 73.00 told them i cancel before the that. Now got a letter from a law firm to pay them. So tired of this

  Wish I didn't have to give them any stars. They are not very helpful. They tell you they will be there in 24 to 48 hours and they never come. They came every other week at first even though we paid for weekly, now then it went to every three week now it has been 5 weeks with the same excuse for sure. We have paid for service we never received. They are for sure ripping their customer of. And then they wont give you a credit for service not rendered.

  Horrible customer service! Horrible service all the way around. Trash was never picked up routinely. Sometimes 2-3 weeks between. When we called to ask why they simply told us they no longer service our area. No notice, no phone call, email, or letter. They need to reimburse for service not rendered and pay storage for storing their containers!

  Our trash had not been picked up for 3 weeks!! It sat at end of our driveway baking in the summer heat while CARDS told us that it would be picked up in 24-48 hours. After 14+ phone calls and promise after promise, they STILL didn’t pick up our trash. We live at the end of our street but the trash truck would always turn around before coming down to our house. So I took matters into my own hands and put signs on all of the CARDS neighbor's trash cans asking them to come all the way to our house. Finally! They emptied our trash! When I called to canceled our service and asked for a refund for services not given, they said that they don’t give refunds. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, the operator said they would call me within the hour. So, you guessed it—they never called. CARDS needs to refund everyone’s money! Why should we be made to pay for a service we didn’t receive?!

  They tell you they will file a work order to come pick up the missed trash pick up, but they never show up
  Then they tell you can't cancel until October!!!
  Stay away from this business!!

  I did not file an official complaint because it doesn't seem to do any good. They are paid to pick up residential trash on a specific day of the week. Our trash has been at the curb for 5 days this week. The call center says they are coming but no one comes. There are many Cards trash bins in multiple neighborhoods in Pittsburg, KS that are not being picked up. They regularly do not pick up trash as scheduled. Canceling service with them immediately.

  Pay your bill get no service have called daily for a week still no pick up.told a work order has been sent still no pick up just talked to agent and was told was told driver on my street Should be picked up shortly also told driver had called in said that dumpster was blocked sent in pictures to prove not blocked also ask to have a supervisor to call. Me still waiting

  No stars! This company is terrible in everyway.
  They never pickup on the day they tell you. When you try to call them, you most never get a answer. They go for weeks without picking up trash.

  Takes your money then refuses to pick up your trash. Been 3 weeks, keep telling me it will be in 48hrs. Keep promising to pick it up but never happens. Refuse to refund money. Then wants to charge xtra to pick up their trash can when you cancel service. So you can show up for that but not pick up my trash??? They are straight scammers. Get your quarterly payment then don't provide service. Keep charging you even after you cancel from what I hear. Guess I'm fixing to find out. The absolute worst experience I've had with a buiseness
