  Do not do business with cards services out of Chelsea Oklahoma. They are scheduled to pick up my trash on Mondays. It’s Thursday. They still have not picked up my service when I’ve called in every day several times to get a reason why or what I could do they refuse to let me speak to a manager or answer any of my questions besides oh we’ll get out there the next day oh, we’ll get out there the next day every time I’ve called.

  Cards Recycling is the most poorly run business I have ever done business with. They charge you quarterly (in advance) for trash service and they never show up to pick up the trash. Then after going two weeks with no service they won't pick up you trash because the trash cart is too full. They only pick up trash if the cart lid is closed. Cards Recycling has so many complaints locally that they just closed the local office. You now have to call a customer service line which has wait times as long as one hour. Who has time or money to deal with Cards.

  Unreliable service. They hardly ever pick up trash on time. They will take up to 14 days to pick up your trash, but wull charge you weekly. If you call they basic say oh well things will happen

  I would give 0 stars if it would allow me to!
  We were hit by the May 25th tornado in Claremore, Ok. I have called 4 time (each time being on hold for a couple hours), was told they had cancelled our service and would clear the bill. I received another bill today, July 24th. I emailed 4 CEO's, which one did get back with me saying a customer service rep will call as soon as they get in at 8:00, we will see! We will NOT be going back to them when we get our home rebuilt!
  I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  The absolute worst business I've ever dealt with. I've had one trash pickup in the last seven weeks. One canned phone call after another promising they will be there tomorrow to pick up trash. I've paid in advance and understand they don't refund money, I think a credit should be given for every week of non-service. I'm not alone, many others experience the same service.

  Cards took over our reliable local trash company. Since then there have been weeks since they regularly pick up our small towns trash. It's been a month for some people in the surrounding areas. Some have been told they no longer pick up in the area. No one was told this. No letters, no emails. When contacted they say we will be there Saturday or another day and they never show up. Worse trash company ever!

  Cards has not picked up my trash in over a month. Every time I call they promise to come out. Nothing ever happens and I’m just told there’s an outage, yet I see the truck down here every week. They just keep skipping me for no apparent reason. They are an awful company to do business with. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Their service is terrible! You pay your bill, but you don’t get serviced. My trash hasn’t been picked up since the 27th of June. I’ve called several times and get the same answer, they will put a work order in and it will be picked up in 24 to 48 hours and after 48 hours the trash still hasn’t been picked up. They won’t refund your money so you have to deal with them till next billing cycle. This is the 4th time this has happened since I started service with them 10 months ago. So now I have to wait till September before I can change companies. If I could leave no star review I would. I recommend not getting them for trash service.

  Customer Service is rude and very unhelpful. Ask for a supervisor and you get told that they will call you back...they never do. Now just trying to get them to pick up their dumpster and they can't even give me any information on that. Told them 2 months ago to come get it still have it sitting full of trash from May in my yard. Have had nothing but unresolved issues with this company ever since they took over C&R Disposal, who by the way was a very reliable company.

  Cards does not pick up trash on a weekly basis. If you call and they put in a work order it will be closed completed regardless of if the work was done. The customer service agents are unconcerned about how the customers are treated, so how bad are their conditions? No return of fees are offered for continuous missed pick ups.
