The experience was great U-Pack. They dropped off the trailer in front of my house, we loaded up our belongings (had dolly and blankets at our disposal), and then they transported the trailer to our new city. Very smooth and cost was less than many other moving companies.
I do recommend getting outside movers to assist with loading and unloading.

We moved our daughter from Williston ND to VA. The U-Pack and affiliate Old Dominion Trucking made all the difference. They delivered the trailer when promised (on both ends) and picked up when promised. Excellent Customer Service to answer all our questions ahead of time. They performed according to expectations and more. We are very thankful for your service!U-Pack

Phoenix to Canton, OH. Everything they said they did, on time, kept their world, excellent customer service, great price. Would recommend them to anyone. It was the easiest and most stress free part of our move!U-Pack

Our situation was kind of different, the drop off and pickup locations were at best very remote. The Old Dominion people were very helpful. All the contact people along the way were responsive and helpful. We were not rushed or pressured. On the upload we were provided a dolly and on the down load none was provided even though we left it in the trailer with the ramp.
The untimely rain before pickup and 4 inches of snow in the foot hills at the other end was not an issue and seemed to not be a problem or challenge with you people.U-Pack

We used U-Pack to move from Ohio to TN. They dropped off the truck explained everything and was very courteous. Our stuff arrived safely and within the time frame we were told. Would highly recommend! Very satisfied!U-Pack

Easy to schedule drop off and pick up. Were accommodating when unexpected changes came up. The price was comparable to another moving company where I would have to do the driving and pay for fuel. Very satisfied with everything in dealing with the trucking line and U-PackU-Pack
