      U-Pack/Old Dominion did a great job! Time schedules were met at both ends, the trailer was spotted in our destination before we arrived. The drivers at both ends were helpful and professional. I would not hesitate to use U-Pack in the future!

      Was a little hesitant to try this type of move, however was really happy with all the team that helped make this move as easy. From the dispatch to customer support, everyone worked well, dropped my trailer and got it to its destination with no problems, the key is to ensure you pack your items well to ensure they dont get damage during transit. I would definitely utilize this service again.

      We used UPack a few times and we liked almost everything about UPack. The only exception was our latest move from SoCal to Reno where we got an old trailer (from contracted) Old Dominion) without interior foot markings, so I believe we were overcharged by about two feet. And the drop off driver in SoCal didn’t give us the proper instructions on securing the interior & exterior doors. Fortunately I was very familiar with the correct way and did it according to UPacks instructions. Other than that all the drivers were great. I would use UPack again.

      We recently moved from Colorado to Arkansas and had heard from a friend that U-Pack/Old Dominion had very fair pricing, this was true. The staff was very helpful and prompt with the delivery and pick-up. All of our questions were answered and we were directed accordingly. We would use and recommend U-pck/Old Dominion again.

      UPack and Old Dominion were great! The customer service was always great ( and I called a lot). I had tons of questions. They were very helpful. The process was super easy. They dropped the trailer, we filled it and came to pick it up when we were ready. When they got to our destination state and city, they called us to ask when we were ready for the truck to be dropped off. It all worked out smoothly. They were amazing to work with and I am recommending them to our friends and family.

      My overall experience with U-Pack was very good. Two considerations that kept me from rating 5 stars.
      1) The drop-off date at the loading site was moved up a full day without my knowledge beforehand and without my authorization. Since I had already arranged for local movers to unload at the other end, the unauthorized scheduling change could very well have blown my arrangement for unloading. Luckily the local mover was able to offer some flexibility.
      2) So much depends on those who load. Our furniture earned some new battle scars in the form of dents, scratches, nicks and gashes, which obviously tarnishes the overall experience.
      I thank the people at both ends of the transaction for U-Pack. Their flexibility in light of potential ramifications of the scheduled drop-off date change made it all work. Thanks, guys!

      U-pack services were better than I anticipated. Trailer was delivered & picked up right on time. Communication was very good. All employees we spoke with were polite and knowledgeable. We rented an entire trailer that arrived earlier than anticipated 800 miles away from original location. Could not be happier.
