Moving is never fun, but upack gives you a few days to load and unload, so you don't feel so stressed to do it all today. Working w both locations was a breeze. The truck showed up in 3 days, and they picked up the same day we called. we've used upack twice, and we are never moving again, but upack is definitely the way we will go.

I’ve used UPack twice to move medical equipment. I know it’s for personal but I used them for business and both times worked great and very affordable. I’ll continue to use them in the future as they are great worth. The drivers are always very nice and goes out of their way to accommodate you.U-Pack

Overall very happy. No one told me I needed a lock, so my daughter was running around to buy a lock as they dropped the truck off. Also, they didn’t measure my load, so I was overcharged close to 2,000 $. But the customer service was awesome and they had the 2nd location re-measure the load and they credited my account. I am happy.U-Pack

The begining of the move from Colorado to Indiana was great. It was the end of the move was just plain lousy. Called the place they stored our stuff after buying our new home to have the cubes delivered wasn't bad either. Getting then to come get them has been a pain int the butt. We were done unloading ours on a Saturday filled out their online thing for a Monday pickup gave me a Wednesday pickup instead called them and was told they would get them Tuesday and it's now Friday and still have them sitting in my driveway which I can't even use till they pick them up. They charged us $450 to store the 3 pods for a month. They should pay us for for storing them here. Not very professional.U-Pack

Delivery and pick up of the trailer was exactly as promised on both ends.
The people we talked with were very friendly and helpful.

1 starUPACK - WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER
**DO NOT us this company unless they will guarantee in writing that they can access your driveway at the origin AND destination with their large 18-wheel delivery truck.**
We hired UPACK to move us to Hawaii, mostly because we thought (wrongly) that our belongings would not have to be unpacked and then repacked 3 times, and that would mitigate any risks of damage — that would not be the case.
In the end, we were forced to pay for an additional mover at both the origin AND the destination. After paying UPACK in full, they claimed that their 18-wheel delivery truck could not access our driveway (at both ends of the journey!) and they refused to find a solution other than demanding that we hire a mover at both ends (or delivering our belongings to another address).
If this mess was made clear at the start, WE NEVER WOULD HAVE USED UPACK. They claim this info is in the fine print— but then leave out the decision of delivery only until AFTER the full amount is paid and they have all your possessions— essentially giving you no option other than paying an additional mover — or in our case, two additional movers COSTING AN ADDITIONAL $2500 (and the total of the 3 movers well exceeding the price of the full-service movers we contacted) plus a lot of unnecessary stress and aggravation.
In the end, BUYER BEWARE. THE TRUE COST OF USING THIS COMPANY IS NOT MADE CLEAR WHEN CONTRACTING THEM. They claim there is a disclaimer buried somewhere in their fine print, but the fact that pick up and delivery of your belongings is NOT guaranteed — and this needs to made clear up front.Review fromJennifer P

We had a worry-free move from WA to UT using U-Pack from consulting to load and unload. U-Pack showed us what a big company looked like and it deserves all the great reviews it has online. We spent 1.5 hours on the phone for PODS and still got confused in the end, U-Pack, 15 minutes and worry-free. Will definitely recommended!U-Pack

5 starsNice equipment and all deliveries were on time as scheduled. Everything arrived safely. My only complaint was we used the entire truck, and at the location we were leaving, the driver told us we could put a lock on the truck and he put on a company seal. Then at the point of delivery they cut my lock off with bolt cutters to "see" if there was any room inside to put in the ramp. Truck was completely filled, so they delivered the ramp seperatly, but still they cut off my lock for no reason.
