I contacted several moving companies who were not available or would charge some outrageous amount. I contacted
U-Pack and found that they not only were able to meet my schedule but also do it for what I deem, a good price.
The trailer arrived at the time I requested. The trailer was picked up at the time I requested.
I was able drive to my destination, without being rushed.
The trailer was delivered at my new address at the time I requested and was promptly taken away right after the completion of unloading.
There were a few pieces furniture that got dings, but that was due to loading errors on my part.
Overall, it was a good experience. Every driver and staff members that I spoke to on the phone, were helpful and nice. I would recommend this moving company to others.U-Pack

5 starsWe moved the contents of a four bedroom 3.5 bathroom home 1,100 miles with two trailers from U-Pack. I was impressed with U-Pack from the first contact I had with them all the way through the last driver picking-up the empty trailers at our destination. Everyone we spoke with was amazing and provided remarkable customer service. I seldom take the time to write reviews, but U-Pack delivered such a great experience that I felt compelled to write this. I’m glad I used UPack! Everything went pretty smoothly. The experience wasn’t exactly what we were sold - the bulkhead in our trailer didn’t have a way to lock it, but not a big deal.
I was told I would need to buy straps, but then received a trailer that already had straps inside.
Our trailer got to our destination really fast.
It was a little confusing keeping track of all the various contacts involved (Upack versus the terminals where the trailer was dispatched to/from). Some phone numbers I was given didn’t work. But I always got good service when I reached someone.U-Pack

Upack was there every step of the way with ongoing communication and "handholding." Our move was stressful, but the U-pack folks always answered their phone without endlessly being on hold. It was a breathe of fresh air to talk to someone who I could understand and understood me. I'm so glad I choose U-pack over PODS. Drivers were courteous and explained the process clearly at both ends.We even had a little price discrepancy and they quickly adjusted the difference.U-Pack
