Loved my experience with UPack. They are very fair in only charging for the space you take even if it’s less than what you originally thought it would be. I really like this company and would pick them again in a heartbeat.

We are so happy we found U-Pack! Everything went very smoothly and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with making our move work for us and were much more affordable than the other options we looked into. Knowing that we had a large trailer available but would only be charged for what we actually used was such a load off our minds! Highly recommend!U-Pack

A great experience from start to finish! During a very stressful time it was especially refreshing that everyone I dealt with was professional, kind and patient. The trailers were dropped off and picked up on both sides of the move when promised. Great communication throughout the process. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Thank you U-Pack!! I hope I never have to move again but if I do I’ll be calling you!!U-Pack

From the start of my move to the last container I am 100% happy with the service I received. From those I spoke with on the phone whom were pleasant and very helpful, the interactions with all the drivers and the alerts apprising me of my containers progress, couldn't have asked for better. We had Old Dominion trucks. The driver in Vermont was great. They put the trailer where I wanted it and came back to pick it up when they said. The driver in North Carolina went over and above. I had a Conex trailer in my new neighbors field where I wanted to unload most of the stuff. He checked the ground and said no problem and backed it out 500 yards to the container!!!U-Pack

I am so glad I decided to go with U-pack, they use old dominion freight lines who are a very reliable company as well. The drivers that brought me the trailer and dropped at my location to unload did everything they could to make loading and unloading as simple as possible. Communication with dispatch at both U-pack and Old Dominion was friendly and simple and they worked with my schedule. It was wonderful to just be able to close the door on the trailer and load my family and not worry about anything but driving my own vehicle on a cross country moveU-Pack

At first I was nervous about dealing with and on-line company with which I was unfamiliar, but this prooved to be an excellent experience overall. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to save money through a self loading, do it yourself move. When I needed extra time to load, it was no problem; when I needed more space, they bought us another trailer - no problem. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. When we arrived in Montana, they delivered my containers in the order I requested. The Old Dominion drivers were so helpful, even giving us tips and information about the area. U-Pack did exactly what they said upfront - no messsing around, no extra fees; they really delivered.U-Pack

Very positive cross country move experience using Upack pods (ABF) from Albuquerque NM to Washington DC. Great customer service and support where they answered their phones each time I called and I spoke to a live representative who provided answers. They emailed a written quote and there were no surprise fees or hidden charges at the end of the move. The relo cubes were delivered on time for packing in Albuquerque and made it to Washington DC on time. The move was seamless using Upack. We also contracted Moving Staffers who has a partnership with Upack for the labor to pack the pods on the front end and unload at the destination and that was a great experience. The staffers showed up on time, dressed professionally, they went right to work and had 2 pods packed like puzzle pieces in one hour. The staffers had us unpacked in 90 minutes in DC. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Upack (ABF) again in the future. It was a great experience.U-Pack
