We used Upack to move from Virginia to Houston. All Upack personel I talked with were very patient and helpful. The drivers were also on time, courteous, very helpful. We passed four sets of trailers on our ride to Houston, each one was driving 5 miles under posted speed limit and apparently driving with safety in mind. As painful as packing and unpacking a full 28 foot trailer Upack made our move a lot easier than it could have been. WTG U-Pack!!
The process to stage trailer, pick it up loaded, and deliver to destination was a lot easier than I originally imagined. Everyone I dealt with seemed like they were willing to meet my needs and requests rather than tell me what they usually do.
I had to delay start delivery three times, and I had to delay pick up loaded several times, Upack personal were always understanding and flexible to changes.
I will use them again next time I need to move.

Absolutely the best moving company. This was our 3rd time using UPack - the first two moves we used their Relocube and our third was using their trailer. We were nervous about the 5' of space but for our small move it was perfect. We even had room to spare. We made sure to use care with how we packed, protect our furniture, and loaded. Everything moved just fine. The drivers are the best and the terminals we used had awesome dispatchers. We were very pleased with how smooth our move went. The only negative was it was hard to find the tracking and it was unclear where the trailer was, but that wasn't a huge deal.U-Pack

U-Pack was amazing to work with they let us know up front the cost and what truck would show up at our resident (Old Dominion) they gave us 4 days to pack it and showed up at the new resident when they said. We moved two families in their 28ft truck and was very pleased with it all. From the truck to the truck driver to the workers at U-pack. We moved from California to Florida. Greetings! Reserved 19’ of trailer capacity 3 wks prior to my move date and trailer arrived & was picked up to hit the road promptly, as agreed. For those who are willing to pack and load up items themselves, U-Pack is a winner. Very fair pricing for the overall value you get. The only negative I had was the bulkhead dividers, plywood only and a bit makeshift, and were much less convenient to fasten down than what the U-Pack video showed. Thanks!U-Pack

We used Upack for a multiple state move. The drivers were great at parking a 28ft trailer in our RV parking space. Special thanks to Russell, who delivered and picked up both trailers at our new destination. He was courteous and on time. Great job!U-Pack

I had a great experience with UPACK. Any time I called for information regarding my pick up or drop off time, the person on the other end was always knowledgeable and professional. Everything made it and in one piece. I would recommend UPACK to any one moving. I had a 10x10 storage in California and needed items moved to Texas. The price was very reasonable.
Old Dominion dropped off the trailer early in the morning on the outside of the storage facility, we loaded and it was picked up the same day. My son’s friend who also moved out of state recommended their moving service.

U-Pack wax extremely easy to use. I was able to speak directly to a person whenever I needed to. The hauling company (Old Dominion) was excellent as well.
My move was seamless, expedient, and ended up costing less than the estimate. I highly recommend this company.U-Pack

Our move with U-Pack. Was seemless and easy. The people we worked with were helpful and knowledgeable. The straps, reinforcement bars, and demonstrations of their use were much appreciated. I didn't have to worry about my 75-year-old husband driving an unfamiliar truck towing a car. The service was timely and reasonably priced.U-Pack

Friendly, on time pick up and delivery with a great deal of flexibility on my delivery location that I was not sure of even as they drove off with all my belongings. We moved a family of 4 from Oregon to Maryland for 30% less than the other bids.U-Pack

We moved from Seattle to Norfolk, Virginia. We were quoted just over 4k for 12 feet of a trailer. We ended up only needing 11 feet and Upack adjusted accordingly! They also arrived at our location in Norfolk in eleven days like they said they would! I can’t say enough good things about them.
Also, just a warning - beware of the “full service” moving companies that can conveniently adjust their prices to fit your needs. One of them finally told me (after quoting me at 8k for this move) that there are a lot of scammers (make sure reviews are older than 2 years) and your final price will be much more than what you were quoted.U-Pack
