  I scheduled my delivery date last week. The delivery was scheduled to take place today between 8am-5pm. By UPacks guideline, I had to be home to accept delivery. I took a day off from work so that I could be available. At 5pm I called the local service center and I was told my cube would not be delivered today. The rep asked when I would like to reschedule my delivery. When I asked them for a date that they could guarantee delivery so I didn't waste another day off, she literally laughed at me and told me good luck with that. I told him I couldn't afford to take days off from work and just hope that my cube was delivered. She said tough luck, she is just a temp worker and she couldn't help me. Will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone I know.

  A few weeks ago, I ordered two containers (ReloCubes) to be delivered to my address in upstate NY. The delivery of the empty containers was set to be on Monday, July 10. When I called the local office in Syracuse last Thursday (July 6) to make the necessary arrangements, they said their forklift was under repair and therefore they may not be able to make the delivery on the originally agreed-upon date. They wanted me to call them back on Friday (July 7), which I did. Unfortunately, they didn't have any additional information by Friday and asked me to call them again on Monday (July 10). They said by then they should have a better sense of how long the repair would take. So, I called them on Monday morning. Still, they have no clue as to when the repair will be completed.
  In the meantime, I also called U-Pack's customer service to explain to them what was happening. Initially, they had no idea that one of their local providers was unable to meet their promises to the customers. After they checked in with their local office, they called me to suggest that I use a trailer instead, which doesn't need a forklift to be delivered. I told them there is not enough space for a forklift (which is 42 feet long together with the loading ramp) in either my current or the new address. And they told me there is nothing else they can do about the problem. In other words, a national moving company does not have a contingency plan for an equipment failure in one of its local offices. They cannot move one forklift from one location to another to ensure that they keep their promises to the customers.
  U-Pack's incompetence and lack of care for the well-being of its customers totally disrupted my moving plans and cost me hundreds of dollars. Shameful for a company of its stature!

  Made the move from New Hampshire to Miami smooth as silk. I have used Upack in the past and never had an issue. They were very responsive and my items arrived before we even did.

  They are respectful and friendly. There were no hidden fees. The estimate times of arrival and delivery were spot on. Out of all the stressful things that came with moving across country, we did not have to worry about them. We are definitely using them again, if we move (but hopefully we don't ever move again).

  We chose U-pack because a full-service move was cost prohibitive. Contact and communication was easy, and the company that delivered and transported the trailer was incredible to work with. We used the company that U-pack referred us to for help loading, and we did have several pieces of furniture damaged from scuffed to gouged to bent. But the U-pack service itself made a stressful and expensive task less so.

  We used U-Pack for our move from Washington State to Alabama. The third party contracted with U-Pack that was provided to us was a company by the name of Old ********. Every single person we encountered from drop-offs of the trailers, to pick-up of trailers, to the the schedulers was fantastic. I needed two trailers, so there were many moving parts. Everyone was accommodating and understanding of our needs.
  We were billed exactly what we were quoted. I found that they beat the price I would have paid to Penske, in just the rental of the truck - let alone gas along the way!!!

  5 stars, a billion if I could. We just moved from Utah to Texas, and I started off the process by putting my info into a bunch of different big moving company websites. Big mistake - I got like 1,000 spam calls a day for a few weeks. Then I found UPack. Their process was simple. I never had to be on hold for more than 30 seconds when I called to change the date a few times, then when I called to have the truck picked up, or delivered, or picked up again. Every single person I talked with was friendly and helpful. We were only charged one payment, and it was for less than what we were quoted for, because we didn't take up as much space in the truck as we initially estimated. Amazing prices too, like we would've spent pretty much the same going through U-Haul. Totally worth it to have someone else drive the truck. These guys took a ton of stress out of moving and I will never consider anyone else if we need to move again.

  I used UPack one year ago to move INTO my current home. I now am moving OUT of this house and UPack says they cannot service my driveway. All based upon the driver who misjudged the road. He "thought" it was a one-lane road (it's not), it's a narrow two-lane road. He refused to go 50' down this road. I now have to rent a Uhaul pack that up, and drive the Uhaul 10 minutes away to the UPack facility and THEN load into the container. There is no time to find another company last minute... I leave the area in two days. This could have been avoided IF a manager at U-Pack would have asked the driver for photos of the road and done a tiny bit more investigating. Trash trucks, buses and moving trucks go up and down this road. Unprofessional and mismanaged by Upack.

  U-pack was absolutely AMAZING!! We had a cross country move and every time I called with questions the employee on the phone was very professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. The truck was delivered on time, picked up on time and delivered to our new home on time. All of our possessions arrived undamaged. The drivers were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend U-pack and will use is again if I ever have to move.

  If you are moving far away, this is the best way to do so! My daughter and her family (6 people total) just moved back to Indiana from Florida. 1100 miles. Not only was is the lowest cost, but it also took all the worry about the traveling away. No gas cost, no driving a big truck yourself, no additional driver needed for your own vehicle.
  They were able to have the entire process from driveway drop in Florida, to driveway drop in Indiana in 4 business days!!
  We definitely recommend UPack!!!
