Old Dominion did a great job with U-Pack and made this our best move ever. Great communication and such fast service. Hope to not move again soon, but will definitely use them next time.

Excellent & friendly customer service from start to finish. We just completed a 2500 mile relocation & even had to reschedule our moving truck arrival to the house we sold 4 times due to closing issues. They were very helpful & never complained about the changes. I got a quote from one of the major moving companies & saved about $10k by going with U-Pack. My suggestion for anybody doing this kind of a move is to contact one of the local major moving companies to see if you can hire their staff for a day to load your truck. We did that & paid their 2-man crew $600 & they had our truck loaded in 6 hours for our 3200 sq/ft house possessions. They know what they are doing & really minimized any damage.U-Pack

We had a fantastic experience with U-pack!!! Everything worked exactly as they said it would and our trailer arrived ahead of schedule (which was perfect for us). U-Pack contracted to Old Dominion and they were all amazing. Everyone was professional, friendly, and answered any question. And the amount was exact and was about the same as if we’d have driven a truck ourselves but we’d of had to tow a car, and we’d have had added expenses of fuel and the stress of hauling. This was such a good decision and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you U-Pack for everything, you made our cross country move a much better experience!U-Pack

The cost was half of the van lines companies. The trailer was delivered early and on time. All our goods arrived in just six days The delivery was early and on time. This was a good experience but I really believe if you want a good move, planning and good packing make the difference. Don’t kid yourself this is work and plan to spend a few bucks on packing suppliesU-Pack

Absolutely impressed with this service and what they were able to offer us for a long distance move from Texas to Utah. Customer service was top notch ( despite my MANY phone calls and questions) and they NEVER made me feel as though I was a difficult client! I thought price was fair, and the transport company we used (Old Dominion) was the absolute best!! Would highly recommend! Great job guys and gals!U-Pack

From start to finish the estimate delivery pick up and drivers were professional and informative. The cost estimate was true to postings. Tracking of the trailer was on-point. if you Follow the instructions videos and information provided you will have a stress free damage free move. I absolutely recommend this service for any do it yourself move.U-Pack

MY experience with U-Pack was AMAZING! I read all the bad reviews and I am shocked and also some of the bad reviews were definitely lack of the customer reading the instructions lol! Geesh!
Anyways, my UPack showed up on time and picked up on time! I relocated from Seattle WA to NC. My UPack was picked up on 3/31 - I flew out on April 2nd and my UPack arrived April 4th!!!!!! I couldn’t believe how quick it was delivered!!
Paid about $6,400 for 28ft trailer! Worth every penny! Please READ their instructions! They tell you what locked to use and how to install the bulkhead.
The bulkhead was a bit challenging but we figured it out and the company fixed it for us since we didn’t put it on quite right.

We would 100% recommend UPack. This was the most stress free move ever. The trailer showed up on time, they were able to pick it up as soon as it was filled. It arrived early and they accommodated our schedule at every stop. Billing is so easy with no hidden fees and no advance payments required and customer service is top notch! We deserved more space than we used and charge reflected exactly the amount of space we used (you even know upfront the breakdown of cost depending on how many feet you actually do end up using.U-Pack
