  So easy to set up, and the trailer showed up at my house on time. Was picked up and showed up earlier than expected. We didn’t use the amount of space we reserved and they subtracted it from our bill, we didn’t expect that. 10/10 would use again.

  This was the easiest, stress free move I have ever done. They arrived on time, picked up on time and delivered on time. They contacted me with updates and worked around my schedule. If I ever have to move again I will definitely use them.

  U-pack just billed me 4313!!! for a mx quote of 3237 for 18 feet of trailer and we only used 13 feet and I have photographs!!! and we should only be billed 2787!!!
  what a ripofff!!!!

  Customer Service was polite and knowledgeable. Price was great. The "pay per foot" after the minimum took a bunch of stress off trying to figure out how much space we'd need. The Drivers were very kind as well. Bravo!

  I have used U Pack four times now for moves across the country. Each time the service is consistent and superb. Plenty of communication and knowledge. No surprises ever. The partnership with Old Dominion is also superb! I will always use them in the future and recommend them highly! Great job again U pack from my move from Wyoming to Wisconsin.

  From start to finish U Pack was amazing! Setting up a move in just a week, as well as having all my questions answered, was a breeze. My quote was very reasonable, and then when I used less square footage I was given a credit. I asked my Realtor to recommend U Pack to every one of her clients that were moving. I was able to keep the truck at my house overnight for loading and unloading. The truck went over 1200 miles, and arrived early. I would not hesitate to use U Pack again, although I hope a move is NOT in my future.

  You might as well take your belongings and throw them in the dumpster, that's essentially what happens when the employees at U-PACK get their hands on the container you spent thousands of dollars on. There is no accountability taken by anyone on the moving side of the business and especially not the claims department. The emotional and mental anguish this company has put me through is appalling and I don't know how they stay in business. Oh wait - they steal your money. That's how .

  Thank you U-pack service for the great move from Seattle to Houston! 1) Great saving - nearly 50% off compare to full service moving, my case roughly $6,000 saved. 2) no pressure - U-pack business is professional and large network, it gave me plenty of time to load/unload (was able to utilize every cubic inch of the container), and just a call and the container drop-off or pick-up service scheduled and serviced promply. 3) Thanksfully, U-pack staffs were very friendly and always there on the 1st call to assist. I'd definitely use U-pack again in if needed in the future. Highly recommeded service!

  Every step of the way was easy. When we had to leave to origin address before pick up we unfortunately moved to a zip code not served by the trucking company so they gave us a discount because we had to rent a U-Haul and load at the terminal. Once our trailer was picked up it made the cross country journey a whole week faster which was a great blessing as we didn’t have to wait a whole week but only 2 days. And to top of the whole thing it ended up being cheaper because we used less space than we booked. 10/10 recommend.
