5 starsThank you U-Pack for great service in an major move. Delivery and pick up drivers were extremely helpful, accommodating and skilled. Trailer was clean, and tie straps, ramp and dolly were provided. Holidays and crippling ice storm at destination added to the complexity and U-Pack rose to every occasion and overcame every challenge. 4 starsDrop off and pick up in New York was excellent. However drop off in Tennessee was late, the excuse was that the system was down on Monday morning. 5 starsIn my experience U-pack was amazing for my family’s move from Oregon to Tennessee. They partnered with Old Dominion Freight Line inc. The trailer had a rail/ track system that made it really easy for making 2 layers so you don’t over stack and smash your stuff. All I needed was plywood for making a solid deck for the extra layer. They stayed in contact with you throughout your move. They give you 3 business days for loading so I would suggest having the trailer dropped off on a Thursday so you get 2 extra days (Saturday and Sunday) for free then pickup on Monday. And 3 days for unloading and we know it’s easier to unload our stuff, I believe they will hold your stuff for a while if you need it. 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone who is doing a long haul. 5 starsThis company is fantastic! Our truck was delivered on time on the exact day we requested it! We filled it top to bottom and took all 27’. I called at the end of the day to order a second truck and it was here the next day as promised, and they took the other truck. We were given a fantastic break on the second truck and 5’ were included and only charged $102 per foot for the additional three feet we used. By packing it ourselves we had control of the space and how securely it was tied in. We HIGHLY RECOMMENDED using this company for all your moving needs! Thank you for all your help! I was very impressed with u-pack. Jesse at Old Dominion really saved me. I had to change who I was moving with at the last minute and they found me a truck before I left by airplane. When it was dropped off Ruben was very helpful, explained how everything worked the straps the bars he moved the trailer just a little bit so I had more than enough room to get the the ramp in use. If you're in a college town and you don't know anybody I would recommend calling the football coach at the local college. He gave me plenty of guys to help me get loaded. College kids always need money and at $20 an hour it was cheap. One of them even had moving experience and another one had worked for FedEx. They were very good at putting all the boxes clear up to the ceiling and covering the furniture with old blankets that we weren't going to keep. They picked it up the very same day that I called and it was gone before I was out of Utah. It was here in Arkansas before I expected it and they let me have my pick of days to drop it off. If I ever have to move myself again I will definitely use U-pack. It had more room than a U-Haul pod for about the same amount of money. Never use "entrusted Van lines". Thank you so much, everything arrived safely and there were no problems with pickup, parking, or drop off. Everyone was very professional and sweet no matter how many times I called with questions.

5 stars5 stars for maximum size for a tolerable price on a Long house move; from Colorado to East Florida.
My First large truck trailer move so maybe you all know this but for those doing this for the first time.
WARNING: The truck will shake and bounce like a tornado; I thought I had items and tables and beds all tight and in their place, but when they got to the end they were everywhere and torn UP. I DID USE STRAPS too.
Wrap Everything! Wrap it with a blanket or cardboard, plastic cling wrap; use anything, it will shake and bounce and destroy your bedframes, table tops, pictures, outdoor furniture, everything.

5 starsOur moving experience with UPack was a fantastic one. They were helpful, honest, efficient and flexible. Every person I spoke to throughout the process was professional and courteous. The loading system within the trailer was impressive and I appreciate the fact that it is made to work in a way that allows you to optimize your space. Every single driver that we came into contact with was super. Moving has been a little stressful. Knowing that 85% of our stuff was in good hands and we didn't have to worry about it made the move easier. The price was great compared to a lot of quotes we received. U-Pack is outstanding! Fair. Honest. And when our packers used more space than we'd estimated, U-Pack did not gouge us! I was blown away to work with a company with integrity at this level. So very rare. I thought about giving a 4 star because they had no one on duty all weekend to process our arrival arrangement... so I lost a day on Monday arranging our unloaders because no one answered the phone at U-Pack over the weekend. However, everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. I will use them again instead of PODS that I'd previously used in a prior move.U-Pack
