1 starNot only was my delivery late because of equipment breakdown but when my items finally got here from there supposedly sealed containers I moved into a brand new townhome community and I am infested with roaches because where they had my pods stored in North Carolina roaches are infested in the shipping container place I am distraught I am disgusted I am beyond words buyer beware do not use this company their containers are not sealed !!Review fromLeslie F

5 starsThis was the easiest move we have ever had including when we have moved ourselves. They dropped the trailer at our home with no problems, drove it to our new state in the mid-west where we set up delivery once we got there. We had 3 days to unpack the trailer which meant we didn’t have to rush. So many good things to say about this company.Review fromKaron H.

5 starsNo issues what so ever w/them. They were timely and courteous. Would recommend to anyone. However suggest U-Pack vet Moving Staffers, the crew they sent refused to use the moving quilts & straps we provided at Moving Staffers request, resulting in major damage to our load. Some casualties and scratches, expected, not broken legs, punctures in appliances or a California King mattress split wide open.Review fromDon W

Everything went great and smooth. From the first inquiry call until the trailer was picked up we had nothing but good things to say about u pack. Folks on the phone were friendly and helpful and thorough as was the driver. Best of all it arrived ahead of schedule which was just great for us!

5 starsEverything went very smooth. The carrier, Old Dominion, dropped and picked up the truck on the same day, at both locations. They delivered the truck to the new location (1,000 miles away) in two days. Tips for movers: Have a professional moving company pack the truck. (I also had professional movers unload the truck). Have plenty of largest-size moving blankets and/or king size comforters - look at thrift stores. Some larger items will require two moving blankets (sofas, refrigerators, etc.) Count your appliances and furniture items and make sure you have enough before moving day.Review fromRob H

5 starsFantastic! They arrived on time, picked up the truck on time, delivered it to the new location 2,300 miles away on time, and were fair and honest. They reimbursed me for the 7’ I didn’t use after I showed with pictures how many feet I used. Nothing was damaged or broken or stolen. Highly recommend. 4 starsUpack was definitely the best option in terms of price on a long range move. No challenges until my trailer was in transit. Unpack claims you can track your trailer between locations, that is false. Called dispatch and they couldn’t tell me where my property was. Took 3 days to finally find a number that new what time my trailer would be delivered. Other than that, the experience was straightforward. Drivers knew what they were doing and delivery and pickup was always on time. All in all, I would use them again but remain a little more vigilant during transit.Review fromCraig L.

5 starsI can’t say enough good things about the people at upack. Not only professional and friendly but also helped solve several problems we ran into. The original dates we needed a upack there were no trailers available. My agent at upack found us a trailer !! Then when we realized we had more than one trailer worth of stuff, they arranged to have another trailer dropped off when the first one was picked up !! This is my third time using them and I would not go another route !! They’re awesome !
