WOW! Fantastic, seamless experience! I've used state-to-state movers before that costs $12,000+, even after having to leave some things behind because the cost was based on weight and number of items. Not with U-Pack... U-Pack cost is based only on space used and all pricing is calculated up front. Every delivery and pick-up was very timely, even ahead of schedule sometimes. Communication along the way was clear and concise, and all our questions were answered immediately. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, understanding, and prompt. Our entire state-to-state move with U-Pack was exceptional, even down to the dollar! We will definitely use them with any future moves and definitely recommend them to others! Moving is a headache for most, but when you choose to move with U-Pack, moving is made much easier and a lot less stressful! Thank you, U-Pack!!

I requested a quote from this company and spent nearly an hour on a chat, going over redundant information. It was obvious they were keeping people stuck on the line before receiving any real information about price or process.
The quote wasn’t much higher than other companies, but the process was absolutely slimy and not worth any consideration.U-Pack

UPack was great to work with, just as expected. My mother used them to move some years ago and it was why we chose them for my move. As before, amazing service, pickup and delivery was just as they said, and the price as they quoted. I would unhesitantly use them again!U-Pack

In all, was a great experience. Regretful that we didn't use them for previous moves. Quote was accurate - we were told we didn't need to be present when the trailer was picked up; that wasn't 100% correct- while you don't HAVE TO be present, it is recommended and requested by the trucking/ logistics company. The guy dropping the trailer was new and it was obvious but the gal picking up the trailer was skilled and impressive. Wish I had gotten her name - she handled the tight turns and navigated neighborhood and car-lined streets with precision. I would definitely use Upack again for any long distance move.U-Pack

Our move from Maine to Florida was easier with Upack. The truck arrived and figured out the overhead support system and ramp. It could have been better if the driver was familiar with those things.
The driver on the FL end was skilled and knowledgeable. Thanks for all the help. From the initial call to follow up the company did a very good job.U-Pack

Price was exactly what they quote - no hidden charges ….. delivered on time to and from …. Very friendly customer service! Smooth move from start to finish and cost 1/4 of what it cost us 4 years to move the same distance! Highly recommend!!U-Pack

There were so many mixed reviews when looking for a long-haul shipment for our out-of-state move. I went all in on a 28 foot container. Our moved date changed the total of four times, Exchange was a simple call and an immediate adjustment. Customer service was phenomenal! There were many concerns where it could be parked whether on an RV pad or in front of the garage and hanging over on a residential street. The trucker who came and dropped it off did it to perfection And all concerns vanished. We even needed more big straps for tiedowns inside and I made a simple call and a truck in the area dropped off four more. We packed much faster than we expected, And I made a call for pick up and in the very next morning it was gone. Pick up driver checked before locking and noticed our movers did not strap down the back of our load. He hopped up there took four braced everything for the move. We also couldn’t fit the ramp and the dolly and the barriers, Another driver came and picked those up and loaded them separately. I was incredibly impressed with all The moving parts of this process. You pack and their contractors did phenomenal, outstanding, wonderful! Can’t state it enough.U-Pack

My experience with UPack is mixed. This was an interstate move (oregon to California) On the one hand the move went quite well. Buying their insurance other than the basic is a total waste of $$. They only cover damage if they dump the trailer or it catches fire, highly unlikely!! Where you need insurance is with a rider on your renters or homeowners policy to cover any damage caused by the company that packs your goods. OR make certain how they are insured for your goods. Also take lots of pictures as to how they are packing your stuff. Make certain they pack it tight and that they tie everything every 5 feet. You will need to check ahead of time as to what kind of tiedown straps will work on the trailer they are furnishing. UPack changed from their trailer to one from Old Dominion Freight and they had a totally different type of strap connector, so my hooks were useless. They only supplied 6 straps, which was not enought.
I contracted for the whole trailer and my movers did not pack our items tight enough so we had $1300 in damage. I am negotiating with my moving crew at this time.U-Pack

Seamless, easy process. And so very reasonable priced. We moved from Washington to Wisconsin and our furniture was delivered quickly (even before we made it to our new home.) we had plenty of time to load and unload - great service from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDU-Pack
