1 starThe driver's were excellent, but that was it. I am in the military and opted for UPack to do my household goods move. We used 18' of the trailer almost loaded to the ceiling except the last 3 feet, which were about half full. The empty and full weight tickets they provided said a full 3 bedroom house was less than 3,000 pounds. All the weight estimators I did online were at about 5,000 pounds, but UPack refuses to say that the same cab with the same tire pressure and same amount of gas were used in the weights. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and have filed a claim on their website.Review fromJames C

It was a great experience they took all the worry out of picking up, driving and dropping off. Drivers were friendly and courteous.

everything was done on schedule, drivers were helpful and nice, trailer was brand new and came with at least 10 load bars that stored up in the ceiling when not needed

We moved from Las Vegas to Hawaii.
Better rates than other companies. Less “hidden fees” than their competitors. Abysmal communication regarding container pick up and drop off times; they did not deliver the container for packing or for unpacking at the destination despite numerous attempts by the customer to determine what time the driver would arrive. For the initial container drop off, we were told 3 different times - prior to noon, between 3-4 and 5:15 (none of which were accurate).U-Pack

We were very satisfied using UPack for our move from Maryland to Tennessee. Everything was delivered/Picked up as promised and the customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend if you are making an out of state move!U-Pack

We used u-Pack for our move from Idaho to Utah. They dropped two trailers off and we got them loaded. Then we discovered two trailers wasn’t going to fit everything. So I called them and requested two more trailers. The next morning they came and dropped two more trailers and picked up the other two. Everyone at U-Pack is so nice, professional, and very helpful! I would definitely recommend them. We just sold our house so we have to now move the rest of our stuff. So I’m definitely using them again.U-Pack

I’m no stranger to cross country moves. Have been through the process several times but this was by far one of the best and least stressful moves I’ve ever done. I highly recommend using Upack for relocating. They are in constant communication from the time you reserve your truck to the time they pick it up after unloading. Skip the “drive it yourself option”. I wish I had known about Upack years ago.U-Pack
