U-Pack was wonderful! Very affordable price for cross country moving. The carrier was on time, had no delays, and all employees I interacted with were very helpful. They also were able to arrange for same day pick up of the trailer. I would recommend this company to anyone moving and will use again.

I have been using them since 2013. I have never been disappointed. They are one of few businesses still with excellent customer service and so easy to work with. They have excellent communication and caring hard working employees especially the professional truck drivers. They have some of the lowest rates out there. Try them and you will never go elsewhere!U-Pack

I couldn't believe the ease of scheduling and needing to change it several times due to family health issues. Everyone was so helpful. It was packed in Utah and to me in NC days sooner than expected and you simply cannot beat the price! Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!U-Pack

Great customer service, prices, scheduling, timely and awesome drivers.
Love that they only charge for the space you use, can’t beat the price compared to moving companies and scheduling pick up and delivery from and to my destination were very flexible.
I would never hesitate to use them in the future.U-Pack

The communication was great! The whole process was smooth. The only problem was that the truck was dirty and dusty inside. There was black patches which the driver told was due to the tires being loaded for the delivery on the truck. The same dark stuffs got into boxes and furniture. Hopefully it’s not mold.U-Pack
