This is the way to move if you are not using a moving company. Great communication at both ends of the move trailer was dropped and picked up when asked. Friendly staff from customer service to dispatch and drivers.

This is the second time I’ve used u-pack. They are wonderful to deal with. They are on time. The trailers are very clean, but the people are a pleasure to work with they always keep you up-to-date on what’s going on. If you’re moving across country, this is the moving company you want to useU-Pack

U-Pack Staff were incredibly helpful throughout the planning and support of pack out and delivery for a large cross country family move. Beats out the competition for quality, service, knowledge, and pricing. Never was bumped to an overseas call center. The Dashboard had all the details. Way to go!U-Pack

In my opinion ABF Freight and their service of UPack are horrible companies. They driver from UPack damaged my new driveway and never mentioned it to anyone. The company refused to admit fault but, offered me a measly $400.00. If they were not at fault then why would they offer me money? They then suggested I go after my tenant who contracted with them and get the full amount of money for repair from them. I want people to know that if Upack damages your landlords property that their stance is for landlord to after tenant. This means that a tenant could use up their security deposit before they even finish moving in.U-Pack

Absolutely awful. They offered us a truck without checking if the truck could access the street. They called us, a week later, with less than a week before our move to cancel service and tried to upsell us by $1000 to get their boxes. I can't prove it wasn't on purpose to make us pay more last minute, but it felt that way. Used another service, but aren't sure yet if everything will fit and we lost two packing days. Will tell anyone who will listen not to use U-Pack.U-Pack

U-Pack made the entire process seamless. From drop off to pickup the team was professional and friendly. Our move from Maryland to Tennessee went exactly the way they explained. No hick-ups or misunderstandings. The team was very quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had.

If we ever move again U-pack will be at the top of our list! Calling to set up drop off and pick up was very easy and we were able to talk to an actual person right away! We didn't know how long it would take to pack our belongings but finished sooner than the original date we had set. U-pack was able to pick up two days earlier and drop off at our new place within 3 days, we moved from Montana to Minnesota.U-Pack

U- pack was, easy and fast. The other nice thing is was less than half the price of the national van lines. Everyone was professional, informative and very helpful. Will highly recommend to friends and family!!U-Pack
