Moving is stressful, but upack made it so much easier on myself and family for our move. Communication was clear, I received updates, and everything went according to plan. Customer service was also fantastic and there was always an agent to answer questions right away over the phone.

We chose this company because, (a) we didn't need to store anything, (b) we could hire our own crew to load the truck (although the crew we hired ended up causing a lot of problems, but that doesn't have anything to do with UPack), (c) we were moving long distance from Nevada to North Carolina, and (e) we were looking to save money and not hire a full-service company. UPack was absolutely perfect. It was a great price and no hidden fees at all. UPack contracts with a shipping company to handle the move on the ground. Old Dominion was the transport/shipping company that UPack contracted to complete our move. I cannot say enough good things about Old Dominion. The local men we hired (nothing to do with UPack or Old Dominion) to load the trailer were pretty awful and caused some problems. Old Dominion took everything in stride and figured out how to help us out without charging us anything extra. Everyone that I talked to at Old Dominion in both Nevada and North Carolina were super nice, helpful, and professional.U-Pack

The entire process was seamless. Outstanding service, and always delivered and picked up when they were asked to. The Old Dominion Freight trailers were a godsend!! I would 1000% use UPACK again if I had to move across the country! So I highly recommend if you have to go a long distance! Best price point out there!!U-Pack

Upack.com was great to deal with they got the truck to my house no problem! Had a issue with the company Old Dominion picking up the truck but that's not related to u-pack. Trailer arrived 4 days faster than expected which was awesome had our stuff the day after we showed up. I would definitely recommend them they made our 1500 mile move a breeze!U-Pack

We used this service as a sort of a la carte white glove mover: local movers to pack and unload on each end, and UPack in the middle to move the stuff. We saved about $6000 (maybe 50%) as a result.
We had to determine that the pup trailer and semi could fit on our street, and to do that we had to call the dispatch center. This is different from the standard customer service line, and once the reservation is made this is where most of the communication will happen. The Oakland dispatch was so hard to get through to someone, but after many days and tries and hold music, we got through and they were very reasonable.
The driver first arrived with a trailer that smelled of harsh chemicals, which I wouldn’t have noticed at first without him pointing it out. He volunteered to go back and get a different trailer, including one with a rolltop door rather than swinging doors, to protect the street trees. He didn’t have to but it was a huge help. He gave me his personal cell number and made it easy to communicate (thanks, Jesus!).
We bought straps and e-track fittings and all the packing stuff we needed, which is good because UPack doesn’t provide anything the way, say, UHaul (UBox) does.
Some of the communication was confusing. It wasn’t clear that the trailer goes to their dispatch facilities (storage, essentially). Once you change your destination from “TBD” to your delivery address it looks like it will be delivered there in a date range, when that’s not the case. I was also told that when the trailer arrives at the next dispatch facility, I would get a call to schedule the delivery, but that never happened. I ended up calling my local dispatch at the destination when I knew the trailer was there (via a GPS tracker I had placed) and set up the delivery. The local drivers for dropoff and pickup were both professional and friendly.
Pricing was transparent and accurate. Would definitely use UPack trailers again, especially now that I know how it works.U-Pack

Everyone at U-Pack was awesome to work with. Every time I called, they knew who I was and where I was moving to without me having to give them a reservation number. I especially liked having someone dedicated to my account as it felt very nice personal touch. Joel was my account move coordinator and he was simply marvelous to work with! Great service! I didn't use as much room in the truck as I thought I would, so they charged me less! And Old Dominion delivered not it 7-10 days, but three days. They too, were a dream to work with,U-Pack
