      The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication is excellent, and they always communicated the next step to me. Travel time was quick, and everything arrived safely. I would recommend this service to anyone that's planning on moving, including cross country.

      I'd give it a five star but after my trailer was picked up it took forever for them to take the payment and there was no tracking at all! I didn't know where my stuff was

      Third U-Pack move in in 15 years, and as with the previous moves, it went perfectly, even though our destination wasn't covered by ABF and Old Dominion did the hauling. Regardless, everything went as planned and our trailer even arrived early! This was very important, as there is a large university in the town we moved to and graduation week is coming, making access to local storage facilities difficult at best.
      I didn't originally consider U-Pack for this move, but when I did, as with previous moves, it just made sense both from a cost and logistical standpoint.
      In closing, while I hope I'm not moving again in the future if I need to make an out of town move, I'll definitely consider U-Pack.

      U-Pack was sent to my family from God! I just thank Jesus we found them for our move across the states! It was the hardest thing ever, but where all else failed, U-Pack did not. Their customer service was fantastic. They all were helpful. The drivers who delivered the trailer were kind and helped us set things up. Their team of folks were super accomadating too! When there was a block on my street, they got around it for me! Their drivers are so experienced and the company made everything so simple and easy. There wasn't a bunch of phone calls, a bunch of emails or nonsense. They did so great, and U-Pack will always be my recommended moving company to everyone. I will always use them because with the stress of moving, and how many things went wrong, U-Pack was one of the only constants among the variables. I love U-Pack.

      Moving from one state to another was confusing and daunting. I decided to move the boxes myself and decided to go with U-Pack. I found that it was so easy. The drivers who dropped off the unit and who picked it up were both friendly and helpful. The boxes were moved across 6 states and delivered to my son at his convenience. I would recommend this company. I am very happy with the cost, the service and the convenience.

      I cannot praise this company enough. My situation during my move did not go according to plan at all. Upack and every single employee, down to the truck driver handling my cargo and the customer service representative on the line every single time I called (which was a lot) helped me through one of the toughest situations my family had ever faced.
      I'd give this company more stars, but 5 was the limit.
      Thank you to everyone involved whom I didn't get to thank yet! Our family is much better off having involved you in the process.

      I was pleased with the service U-Pack provided. This was a long distance move, being a three day drive for me. They coordinated with Old Dominion by setting up the drop-off at both ends and gave me three days at both ends to load and unload. I was skeptical but it worked out well and at a fair price.

      Moving across states is always complicated, but using a UPack trailer really made this move go smoothly. The customer service was great and the whole thing went as planned. I had compared pricing with some of the other container services, and this was the most cost effective. I was pretty nervous about coordinating the delivery with the hiring of movers to unload the trailer, but the customer service folks were super helpful and I was able to get it all sorted out. So grateful for this experience, especially having had some pretty awful cross-country moves in the past. If I move across states in the future, I'll definitely go with Upack again. Highly recommended!

      U-Pack was great all around. Customer Service was amazing. The driver’s were polite, prompt & went out of their way to get the container where it needed to be to unload. This is the way to go when moving. Very reasonable.
