      I placed an order for a designer purse and when I received it, it was in a loose bag with no paper stuffing the insides. The color was off. The metal parts were already worn. They sent me a returned product. Then I noticed the price tag was $20 less than what I paid. They did promptly adjust the price which is why I gave them one star. But they did not give me a new product. I won't do business with them again.

      Hello...If I could give this store a less than one star I would. I am reporting the Dillard's location in Arrowhead Mall for racial profiling. We are an African American family that were in the area and decided to visit the Arrowhead Mall to do some shopping. We went to several stores and decided to also visit Dillard's. We don't really shop there so we were just browsing to see what we wanted to purchase. We went to one section on of the store and noticed that a police officer was walking to the area. We thought that he was coming to see the worker there at the counter however he just walked to the side and just started staring at my son while he was looking through the stack of cloths. The police officer loitered for a moment then left. We continued to shop and went to another area of the store and there the police officer was again standing in the background watching us. This made me uncomfortable because my young son was with us, and I have seen situations such as this escalate off of someone's perception. I wanted to ask the police officer if there was a concern for him following us however, I could just see that conversation not going well. I have seen stories where police officers over assert their authority and end up murdering or physically harming the person. I have never been put in this situation before to feel afraid for my family's life. I would take precaution when shopping in this store especially if you are an African American. There is a 100% chance you will be racially profiled the moment you enter the store. I will never shop here again and let everyone know about my experience.

      Hugely disappointed in Dillard's, which I thought was a high-end store with great customer service. I purchased an expensive formal dress for a wedding and ended up not being able to wear it due to a large weight loss over five months. I had not taken the tags off, it had been hanging in my closet the whole time, and when I called to see if I could return it for store credit they just kept repeating the store policy of no returns after 30 days. Will never shop there again and once again Nordstrom's just proved they are truly a luxury store that caters to their customers, not themselves.

      Returned my item within 30 days and they claimed I did not, so they sent it back to me and stated if I send it back again as a return, they will only give me store credit since it’s now outside of the 30 day window.

      I placed an order with Dillard’s July 18th, I received part of my order by USPS and the other part I never received. I notified Dillard’s and let them know I never received the other part of my order and also told them I have cameras I can provide footage from the day the package was supposed to be delivered. They told me to dispute it through my bank. I don’t understand this. My bank told me to contact the merchant cause they can’t prove I didn’t receive the package. No one is offering camera footage. I’ll even take a gift card. That’s a lot of money to go down the drain. It’s to hard out here and plus they were my kids school clothes so I had to spend more money to buy what I supposed to got at first which is clothes. KIDS CLOTHES! I’m very upset!!!!!

      I give Dillard's entire customer service team a -0 stars. My fiancé ordered two pairs of shoes from Dillard's website. One package was delivered with one pair of shoes in it. I reached out to customer service before I left on holiday out the country and they put in a claim to be investigated. Their investigation concluded that the weight of the parcel delivered by the carrier matched the weight that Dillard's had on file deeming my claim invalid. Now that's a dispute that has to take place with the shipper and the carrier, not the shipper's customer. I have crystal clear Ring camera footage of the FedEx delivery person leaving a box in Dillard packing on my front step. Footage is time stamped and can be verified with carrier to ensure accuracy. You can even see the driver holding the package by the short end of the box. Had the package contained two boxes in it like Dillard's customer service team said it's supposed to, wouldn't the package fold or flop at the seam of the two boxes in the packaging? And when I showed the manager my evidence, she claimed she couldn't really tell. If somebody with corporate would like to personally reach out to me and review the video for themselves I am more than willing to professionally speak. I'm so disgusted by the customer service ethics of Dillard's that we will be reaching out to our reliable credit card company to right this unjustly experience. I worked in retail all through high school and college. I was always told by my retail managers "the customer is always right". Now I don't always see this to be true in the real world, but Dillard's made my fiance and I out to be guilty until proven innocent and that's not right either. I've never ever left a bad review on anything, but money was indirectly (and unintentionally) stolen from us. Dillard's customer service did not make any attempt to help correct that error, and I will not accept that from a corporate retailer. So unprofessional!

      My daughter who has a disability came to the store in Collierville TN. She was wrongfully accused of stealing. She was escorted by 5 police officers like she's a thief. She had on a pair of tights a small t-shirt with a crossbody purse, and she was accused of stealing 4 pair of pants. She was with my little niece trying on clothes. Where can she hide 4 pair of pants with what she had on? She was search. If the police can pull back the cameras and see that she didn't steal nothing, why couldn't your lost prevention person see this. Instead, he causes her trauma and fear and let's not forget embarrassed. My daughter said the police was very nice to her and apologized to her. But when it was time for the LP guy to apologize for accusing her of stealing, he wouldn't apologize. Not only didn't he not apologize he treated her badly and unfair. I really think he profile my daughter and niece. They deserve an apology, and I will make sure they receive it.

      After receiving the new Dillards card form AX that I didn't ask for ...the customer service has been terrible. First of all I'm not able to change from my original card to the new one online. I didn't receive my statement in the mail as they had the address off by a number. I set up auto payments and this didn't get put in and I was charged interest on my last statement of $5. I'd like a refund due to this. I will be cancelling my card as well. I can't work with a company that has inept customer service!

      Ordered a bridesmaids dress online. My order arrived with a completely different dress, wrong size and no packing slip. Called to voice my problem “we will email you with what steps you need to take.” Two days without an email I made another call. “I’m sorry ma’am we’re sold out of that dress.” Dillards: if you want to be competitive with online shopping market pull your head’s out and step it up!

      I normally shop murano, but lately the quality of clothing has been trashy. Whether loose threads after washing by instructions, return policy is so strict to the point of if you wash it you can't return it. I'm sorry if I spend money on name brand clothing that lately has poor quality I either deserve a refund or at least an exchange with better quality
