  This company loudly banged on our door multiple times and rang the doorbell at 8:30pm. I had to stop putting my children to bed to come downstairs and tell them we are not interested. They also completely ignored our no solicitors sign on the door. I chose to be polite but the more I think about it the more frustrated I am. Ridiculous.

  Ecoshield is an extremely unethical business. They lock you into a contract and do not provide the service the sales rep promises you. It is a classic bait and switch scenario and when you try to cancel they in turn charge you more money. My issue stemmed from paying for a service, but I was still having bug issues. The reps they would send out to service my home were very unprofessional and careless. I tried to contact my sales rep and work with their corporate office to resolve my issues, but nobody there was willing to help me or take accountability.

  The sales guy showed up showing me all the details of the treatment coverage, so I wasn't initially going to sign a contract until I noticed the 2 year at the end so I did it anyway and was I disappointed when they treated my house for $160 plus 1st treatment and some change the guy couldn't ********** behind a small pot at the ***** door so I looked back there after he left and no powder or spray and there were at least 6 spiders there so I sprayed them myself. They use the round mop looking thing to mop and it only is treated 1 time with a fine dust to kill the wasps, and bees and he used the brush on the eves around the top of the eves where the small vent holes are. He didn't do a good job of powdering the weep holes top and bottom he only did some of the bottom because I checked to see if there was any residue or powder in all the weep hole, a lot of them were clear with no powder. Had to tell him to spray on the side of the house. Now I have to wait 7 - 10 days for the treatment to work while all the bugs are everywhere. The sticky pads are cheap paper which will blow away in a light wind (cheap quality). Would not recommend this *** if you expect instant results they draw it out so they can charge you more money. And beware there is no discount at the beginning they charge you 160 for the first treatment and 139 for the next months treatment. I am sorry I signed this contract it isn't worth it they charge too much for what you receive.

  Do not use. Service was marginally effective at best. Was told I could cancel with no penalty at any time. At time of service signed what they told me was an agreement to access property and apply chemicals. Come to find it was a service contract with a cancellation policy. Tried to cancel and they insist I owe them for a service and a $200 cancellation fee. This company is not upfront and honest. REPEAT - DO NOT USE.

  This company is a sham, at one point I tried for two weeks to contact them and the phone number would just keep playing the same recording. I stopped payment because everything about this company screamed fraudulent. Of course they only returned calls about payment. My credit card company also tried to get a hold of them and could not, so refunded my money to me. I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE ECOSHIELD!

  I believe this company is a dangerous scam. The door to door things is so weird. they knock like they know you - loudly and with a rhythm. They ring the **** a bunch of time. They tell you a neighbor uses them and won't leave when you ask them to after declining their offering. I've had to threaten to call the cops to get them to leave. They loiter in people's yards like they are casing it for a break in. They look like all American white boys who would caddy at a golf club (I've seen 3 now). From what I read - they are selling an impenetrable contract but don't do much of a service. Buyer be ****.

  Do not use this company they do nothing they promise. They charge twice as much as anyone else and dont do any of the work. I dont believe they use **************, had nothing but bug problems after I paid them to do my house. cost me twice as much to fix all the problems they caused.

  Last night as I pulled into my drive way a young man was loitering around my back door. When I pulled in to he approached my car and claimed to be doing maintainance. This is a lie as I maintain my own house. The he backed up and claimed that they had been taking care of our neighbors. That to Is a lie as our neighbor hood watch has notified us of these kind of attempts. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I told him our neighbor hood has a no solositation police and to leave. I checked my video cameras and he was looking through windows. He was not invited on my property and I have no solicitation signs up. This amounts to trespassing in ****************.

  This lazy, fraudulent company should be out of business. A young sales rep came to my home and proceeded to lie his way around the perimeter of my home for 10 minutes. He said he was working on my neighbor ******* (I have no neighbor named *****) house and could give me a neighborhood discount. I can see past the sleazy sales pitch, but what's more alarming is the fake ****** reviews this company is pumping out each day.Notice that each of their reviews follows the same formula: call 1-2 reps out by name and claim their "excellent" or "awesome" work. What's worse, the majority of reviewers only have 1-2 reviews in their name, making it even more obvious that they're fake. This is shameful and should be called out. Avoid this company and don't even open your door when they come knocking.
