I called to cancel my service after I realized that the bugs were not dying and the first customer rep I talked to kept saying she was sending me a verification code and that was the only way she could get into my account and she said she kept trying and trying and it wouldn't go through. However all of their appointment reminders went through with no problem. Then she said she would send it to my email and I was not receiving it in my email as well so she said she could not cancel my agreement. I called back and talked to another girl and she kept trying to sell me their product at a lower price and then she used the word I'll postpone your service which means that you were still under that agreement. I said I wanted it canceled and I was aware of the cancellation fee just cancel it and then she said she could not get it to go through on my email or text I then had it sent to another person's email and it didn't go through on their email. This is a total scam, that is their strategy to prevent you from canceling is to say that they need to send a verification code or that it is not going through on your email they did finally send me an email but no documentation just an email that says that they are closing my account, nothing about the cancellation fee just that they were closing the account I really don't know if the account is closed or not because they did not give me any type of document to sign that the account was closed. Ecoshield has repeatedly trespassed in our gated community. They piggy back or tail-gate homeowners to gain entry to the street. When politely asked to leave, they refuse. Our gate clearly states this is private property and no trespassing (nor soliciting) is allowed. They ring doorbells and leave brochures on doors, which is clearly soliciting, which is prohibited.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Well like alot of the other responses they came to the door saying happen to be in area they had customers they are working so the representative his name is ***** he sounded nice explained everything they did so I thought it sounded good so I said ok but I told him I had party to go to at 630pm an he well we are busy but will be at the house by ***** cause I told him I like to see an go through all the areas that needs it to he said ok but 530 rolls around nobody so I call close to 6 see whats the timing well he said there really behind it'll be another 45min ok how does that sound to you knowing we wouldn't be home but called him back just about little after 6 I got a voicemail or something it said hello hello I can't hear you your cutting out hello hello I called 4 times same thing but he said when I did talk with he leave something about what was done around the what was treated but no it was just a folder of what the company does not what they actually did to my house I got ahold of him the next day told him I tried calling you not long after we talked about the timing when they would be here but I got those voicemail or something he said he was sleeping that is his voicemail to trick his friends while sleeping ok so I told you were sleeping not long after 6pm but they tried to charge me I froze my credit card but called company to complain they won't charge but still nervous keeping card frozen but few minutes after I called the company to complain I got a call from representative ***** apologizing hope I didn't get charged I just said it's all good byeEcoshield Pest Solutions

Paid $1000 for a treatment. Tried SEVERAL times to schedule a follow up for the treatment. Given times which I recieved confirmation for, but then when techs didn't show, was told the schedule times were wrong. Even after I recieved confirmation with the original times. Now I'm told that since they didn't tell me that my service time was expired, that now they won't do any follow *** & that's why the techs never showed. AND WE STILL HAVE THE **** THAT WERE NEVER KILLED IN THE *********. And now they straight refuse to take care of the bugs they were paid to get rid off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HIGH DOLLAR SERVICE. Once you pay them, they'll give you the run around to avoid giving you the free follow *** & bug checks. I was on the phone constantly with this company & given the runaround by EVERYONE I spoke with. NOONE WOULD BE STRAIGHT WITH ME. BEWARE. THIS COMAPANY CAUSES YOU NOTHING BUT STRESS. The representative aggressively pushed a contract on my wife telling her they would treat for outside ants as needed. They treated once, thinking that was our obligation. Now we find he made her sign a contract for monthly pest control. Total misrepresentation and now we get texts and calls every day for money that we owe. Im currently on hold, for over 4.5 minutes trying resolve. Very irritated.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

When the salesperson came to my door, I was very specific with what I was looking for. I have a weeping willow **** in my yard that has been a haven for bag worms and Japanese beetIes for years. i said I would give him a chance to win me over, and the representative said they could handle that no problem . I paid $129 twice for appointments that accomplished nothing as all the leaves are being eaten right now by a thousand beetles . when I called to cancel my service, the lady said I had to pay a $150. After saying I thought it was wrong that after already spending $260 to accomplish nothing , I had to pay then $150 to stop doing more services to accomplish nothing. Her response : " sorry ." A very nice, young man came to our door with *********** for pest control. He was friendly and said others in our neighborhood (used people's last names) were signing up for EcoShield. He gave us a great discount, too. We signed up for five treatments and paid $149.00 and they did the first treatment for pests within the hour. Took all of fifteen minutes. He told us it would be $149.00 which was a big discount. What wasn't made clear is that it's $149.00 PER TREATMENT. The way it was explained made it sound like all five treatments cost $149. It wasn't until about a week later when we read the entire contract (I know that was on us) and we found out it was $149 per treatment. I called to cancel and they told me I would have to pay $150.00 for cancellation.This is a scam. Pure and simple. A complete scam. Do not contract with EcoShield.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Do not use this company, their technicians are turning in reports that they are completing the work and drafting the account without doing the work, the technician stayed in his truck and never got down left after 5 minutes, I tried to get a refund and nothing; then next time same thing technician turn in a report that the work was completed and drafting the account again and NOT even showing up to my property. When calling again their customer support were rude waited two days for the manager to call me back and never did, had to call several times and stayed on the phone until I got the confirmation of a cancelled contract and still drafted the cancellation fee, that puts over $300 in the trash. Can't trust them, when demanding a refund they told me that the technician performed the work and they will not be refunding the fees.... very frustrating on how they don't even believe their customers or try to remedy the situation.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I would give no starts if I could.... Aggressive sales person came out, passed 2 no solicitations signs. I told them no thank you but was not listened to and told that if I signed the contract and was unhappy within 30 days I can cancel without charge. When a woman called to schedule the next round I told her not to do it. I then emailed the business to tell them to close my account within the 30 days and they ignored my email, I never got a response until after the 30 days and it was to yet again schedule my next round of fumigation. I emailed again and said to cancel my account without response AGAIN so I spammed them and told them I would keep spamming until I got a response and only at that time did they respond saying they were sending my info to the closure department where an girl over seas tried to tell me I had a balance of ******. I refused to pay it and she said they wouldn't **** me and she would send it to billing and I again said I would pay NOTHING. I got an email today saying I had ****** balance of $****** so I started spamming again until it gets waived. This business is not to be trusted at all. They are a legit scam. Fun Fact... Been trying to get ahold of a manager for almost a month now to cancel. The product killed our grass. Spent 275 dollars bringing it back to life. 6 neighbors in our subdivision pay 78 dollars a month. But ********** charging less. We still have bugs and didnt notice any difference from first visit. They make it impossible to cancel and no manager. I feel this is extremely discriminatory since our neighbors that are a different race get charged way less.
