I purchased 2 orbs for $55.98 from www.theoriginalflyorb.com on 12/10/22 and received a **** pre-shipment notice from AZ on 12/16/22. There have been no updates or communication since then. I have emailed the company with no response. Every review states a similar message. I will work with my CU for a refund, but this site/company should be flagged or shut down.Initial Complaint

Ordered the orb the first of Dec. the money was withdrawn from our bank account Dec. 6. It said it would be here before Christmas and still no delivery or a notification of any kind. I have emailed them numerous times with no response. With this kind of customer service I am not so sure I even want a product from them. Definitely don't trust them. Purchased fly orb online express delivery Dec 3. notified of shipment Dec 9. Not arrived by Dec 15 requested cancel order, company refused. advised order required "couple extra days." online website advises express shipping times US 2-4 days, worldwide **** days. Also advises "all inventory local and ready to ship from *******." No arrival by Dec 22 and requested update, advised "we have asked our shipping team to push your order..." Tracking information provided by them indicated package was in *****, and again reached out to get my money back. Reply received Dec 23 that product was being delivered by ***** however package is in ***** according to the tracking information they sent. I no longer have need for a gift I can't use (party dates have passed) and want a refund. If it is in fact a legitimate company, not sure it is, it is unfair for me to have to bear the burden of waiting indefinitely for a product then going out of the way to return it, likely at my expense, and wait for a refund. There is obvious fraudulent information on their website at a minimum, and I have been victimized believing I had gifts to give, which I did not. I have saved the string of emails, however can't upload them.
