Date of Transaction: 12/4/23 Amount: $54.86 The products were sent and received however one of my kids fly orb came broken, so I took a photo and sent the photo and receipt and order # to the email that it said to contact them, and on the contact site it said that someone would contact me back "really fast" , however I have sent 5 emails now asking for help, and have received nothing. I am starting to think that this is a scam, and now my kid didn't even get his christmas present because it came in the mail broken. All I wanted was an exchange but now I would like a refund because I have to go get him another from a different store. Thank you so much.Initial Complaint

Purchased product couple of weeks ago. Right out of the box it didnt work. Charged properly but product was defective. Sent a message to company. Have been fighting with them to get a new product sent to us. They asked us for videos showing product doesnt work. We did so. First they said we had to pay to send the old one back (roughly $40). Now theyve been offering to refund back 20% of the purchase price. We just want a new one sent to us. Any GOOD company would send out a new one immediately and either have us throw the defective one out, or send a shipping label to us so we can send back to them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a "Flying Orb" toy from the company on 11/6/2023. I received the item about 5 days later. I was immediately dissatisfied with the function of the toy. It did not operate as advertised and would only work for 2-3 minutes before needing recharged. The company advertised a 30 day money back guarantee and I followed instructions on how to contact them through my order confirmation email. I explained my dissatisfaction with the product and asked what I needed to do in order to return the item for a full refund. I never received a response from the company and emailed them 3 additional times asking them to contact me regarding returning the product for a refund. I have never received any communication from them. I would like to be able to return the product and receive a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered two toys from this company. There was an error by the post office and they returned the package to the sender. I have emailed the company six times regarding either returning my money or shipping the package back to me. Because I wanted these toys for Christmas. I re-ordered them. I did receive the new ones that I paid for but I have not been reimbursed for the original package and they will not return my emails. I cannot find a phone number for them either so I paid for four toys and I only received two. I just want them to either return my money or send the product to me.Initial Complaint

The Fly Orbb engaged in deceptive business practices as follows (1) Confirmed an online order and charged my credit card on 11/27/2022 for $76.92 (2) Shipment was "confirmed as CJDropshipping" on 11/30/2022 (3) *********** did not respond to multiple emails requesting shipping information and package arrival updates.(4) After Christmas, when no package had been delivered, I requested cancellation of order via email and received an email that said "shipment delays were expected during festive season" and my order couldn't be cancelled since it had already shipped.(5) I filed a claim with my credit card company in January 2023 and received a provisional credit of $76.92. (6) When the company received notice of the credit, it appears they mailed a package via **** on February 3, 2023 in ***********. The tracking number shows a package with that tracking number was delivered on February 16, but I did not receive a package and filed a missing package claim at the post office.(6) My credit card company reversed the charge after The Fly Orbb claimed the package delivery via a **** tracking number.(7) I believe this "company" is operating out of ***** with deceptive ads on social media *********** There is no working phone number. Emails are not responded to. They are taking people's money and not shipping a product. In my case, even though they claimed the product had been shipped on 11/30/22, there is no evidence of shipping until a **** shipment on Feb 3, 2023.(8) I emailed to ******************* on April 11, 2023 requesting refund as I have not received package and have had no reply.Initial Complaint

I order an Original Fly Orb on February 28, 2023, for $32.83 altogether, order no. *****. It arrived shortly thereafter. It does not work in the way that the instruction booklet says it should, nor in the way it was shown to operate in videos. To start it moving, you are supposed to push the tiny button then flick your wrist while holding it. It takes not one buy about 10 times to get it moving. It is supposed to stop when it hits something, but it does not. It mostly moves near the ground, while it is supposed to mostly fly. The company Web site provides a way to return the ball and get a refund, but they have not responded. Twice I asked them for how to return the ball and get a refund, through their Web site. The third time I wrote an email to the email address given on their Web site, ************************************ on March 13, and still no answer.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 items from The Original Fly Orb before Christmas. The ad stated guaranteed delivery by Christmas. The items were not delivered until weeks after Christmas. I had bought replacement items from another company and my family had all returned home by the time I received my order from the Original Fly Orb. I began contacting them immediately about returning the items. I have sent at least 3 emails every week since January and I have contacted them via their contact form online. They do not offer any other way of contacting them. At this point, I realize that I wasted my money and I will not receive a refund; however, I would like to file a complaint so others will know what they are getting into when purchasing items from this company. It is very disappointing.
