    I purchased 5 orbs (2 red, 3 blue) on December 13, 2022. My order number was *****, and I paid ******. The order was delivered January 3, 2023. I bought them as gifts for Christmas, and unfortunately they didn't get here in time. When I was able to gift them, 1 orb stopped working after only 1 day. I contacted the company via email (there is no phone number to call) on 3 separate occasions. The first email I sent was on January 17 from my personal email. I received no response. I then went to the company website theoriginalflyorb.com and contacted them through their "Contact" tab and submitted another 2 emails that way. Unfortunately, I never received a copy of those emails so I don't have dates for those. I never received any response from those either. I just wanted a refund of the cost of the defective orb, or an exchange for a new one.

    I purchased two flying orbs from the Original Fly Orb company. On the very first use, an LED strip of lights inside the product fell off even though there was no significant impact to the ball. I contacted the company to seek a refund for the products but the company never responded to the message. Then the exact same thing happened to the other orb. Due to no communication, I stopped trying to communicate with the company, but believe a). they are not following their own return policies, and b). intentionally do not respond so that customers are not able to return faulty products within the allotted time frame.

    I purchased 2 flying orbs on ****, they wouldn't respond to any of my emails about asking for tracking updates. I received these items late Christmas Eve when I had already left for Christmas. I had to buy new gifts for my grandkids. One of them is broken. I immediately emailed them (no phone number is available) and asked how I could return these and stated they were received too late and one was broken. I have emailed them numerous times with no responses. I filed a reverse charge with my bank, but the company fought it saying they were delivered. My bank will not reverse the charges again. I am stuck with a charge for $55.98 for items not received in time for Christmas and one doesn't even work. This company is nothing but fraud and I have no idea why they haven't been shut down. Times are not easy and I want my money back. Again, they do not respond to the email they offer on their website or provide any kind of customer service anywhere. I would like a refund and this company shut down for good.

    I received a defective product and need to return it, but the business is completely unresponsive. I emailed them directly on Jan. 26, again from their site on Feb. 3, and again from the BBB site on Feb. 3 and got no response at all. They do not provide a phone number on the order or website, and their refund policy does not include an address for returning a product. Their return policy also says they will deduct the original cost of free shipping from any refund but doesn't say the cost of that shipping, and the customer has to pay shipping to send the product back. In my case, the product was a dud, does not do anything described on their website, so I deserve a full refund and free return shipping. I need the BBB's help because they are not responsive, not transparent and obviously not an ethical merchant.

    Ordered 8 "Original Flying Orbs" for my grandchildren for Christmas. Order was placed on December 7. Order #*****. Received tracking # that stated the **** was awaiting the package. Credit card was charged $223.92 and paid to company. Tracking information never changed and I started contacting the company via their website email and personal email to ask about when they would arrive. No response. Emailed several times. Finally emailed the day before Christmas to cancel my order because they were Christmas gifts and they were not going to arrive for Christmas Day. Had to go out on Christmas Eve day to purchase different gifts for my 8 grandsons. On Christmas Day I received an email stating the items had been shipped. Immediately starting emailing again stating I was looking to return them and would like a refund because I no longer needed them. Still did not receive a response. Finally items arrived on December 29th. I continue to email them asking to be able to return and get a refund but they do not answer any of my emails. They state they have a 30-day return policy for full refund. In addition, they state they are the only company that sells the "Original Flying Orb" and are located in *****************. The package says "MADE IN *****". It is a "knock-off". Very disappointing. As of this date and time, 1/19/22, I have not received one response from the Company.

    I bought 2 of their products and as the website states, it is eligible for return within 30 days. The only way to start a return/refund is to email the company, which I have emailed them over 8 times asking for assistance in my return and all have gone unanswered. I can no longer get a hold of anyone at the company at all in any of their departments. I believe it is unlawful to claim to allow returns but then to ignore every email/request sent in.

    We ordered 2 of their orbs for Christmas presents. One arrived broken. I have emailed & reached out to the company 5 times, including using their online form that they promote to start a return. They claim to have excellent customer service. I am now seeing other reviews stating that this company is basically a scam. I have received ZERO response regarding my order issues. I want a response & a refund. Otherwise this company is straight stealing from *********** shouldnt be allowed to operate.

    I have emailed the company 8 times letting them know that the flying orb my son got for xmas does not charge and I would like a new one. I sent a picture showing the charger does not fit in. I also sent the confirmation of my order. I explained to them I would like to return it for a working one. The order is in my dads name *************************** because I do the xmas shopping for him for my kids. I have not received a response from them. They say to contact them via email with the order number and picture which I did. I just want a working product.

    I ordered two orbs for a total of $55.98 on December 12/16/22. On December 22, 2022 I received an email with a tracking number and my order was being shipped. I checked the tracking number on December 23, 2022 and it said the order was pre-shipment and **** was still waiting for the package to ship. I still had not received my order on January 9, 2023 and the tracking number still showed a pre-shipment status. I contacted the company before 9 am ******* time, through their website, and requested they cancel my order and refund my money since I hadn't received my order. I did not receive a response. The website has no phone number to call or any way to contact them except through email. The morning of January 10, 2023 I looked again and now it said I would be receiving my order within two days. I looked at the tracking and it seemed my order was received at **** at 7:45 pm on January 9, 2023, many hours after my email had been sent to cancel the order and refund my money. I have attempted to contact the company a total of 6 times, 3 times through my personal email and 3 times through their website. I have never received a response. Today, January 11, 2023, I did receive something from the company but what I received are definitely ***** knock offs and no way the original orb that would never come from ***** as advertised on the website. The website is full of inaccuracies regarding what they will do and what they provide. I feel this company/website is just there to scam people.

    I ordered a product in December and still havent received it. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. I read reviews from a their party and many people have had the same problem. I want my money back. The company is called the Original Fly Orb.
