      Great response time and technician was punctual. Diagnosed problem quickly and efficiently. Found unit to be non-repairable and submitted claim for me to GE. Highly recommend.

      The tech, ***** was awesome! Very knowledgeable on products the represent to service. Highly recommended a certain brand we were considering and will most likely purchase per his recommendation. He replaced warranty part on new wolf stove. In and out in no time. I would highly recommend Tiger Mechanical.

      Fantastic job. Tiger found out our installer from the company we had purchased the Ice maker miss-programmed it.Our tech did a reset and gave me his number to let him know if it defaulted back to the wrong program. It did not. We are very happy.

      Tech ***** didn't let a couple inches of snow keep him from being on time, had booties so he wouldn't track anything in, he had his portable shop vac to clean up inside my dryer and out, and he described what he was doing as he was doing it. We're very happy with the work that was done and who did it.

      Tiger Mechanical was great. Dishwasher was diagnosed and fixed on the spot. The technician showed me how to disconnect, and replace part next time to save some $$. Great communication and service. Thank you. Definitely will use for future needs.

      Very poor service and communication. I had this company come out to repair an oven that was not heating correctly. They told me that multiple parts needed to be replaced totaling over $2000. The next day, error codes came on both ovens and it no longer works at all. I agreed to proceed with the repair and paid over $1400 deposit for the parts to be ordered. I called the following week to check on the order status. They had no info to update me. I continued to call daily and was told someone would call me back. Finally a week later I was told an owner would contact me the next morning. Nothing. I called again. The owner was in a meeting... They promised that the owner would call by the end of the day. Well, no one has called. No fix, no parts, nothing. Not even a phone call to explain anything. I haven't had a working oven in a couple of weeks all while I sit and wait without my $1400. I have filed a fraud charge with my credit card as this is straight up fraud! I did warn them that I'd have to do this if I did not get an update. They took my money and won't even give me an ETA or a refund even when I was told by the guy who came out that they'd refund me if they couldn't locate the parts. Dodging my calls and keeping my money is completely unacceptable.

      Unfortunately, was out of the office due to a fmaily emergency. Did try calling on Monday and got a busy signal, unable to get through. ***** again esterday and was able to leave a message. There was no fraud, but was trying to locate one of the boards that was needed for your wall oven that I found was no longer available. Did leave you a message relaying that and returned the full $1183.23 that was taken as a deposit towards the repair of the wall oven. The $225 was for the microwave which was not refunded as you were quoted the $225 service call for the microwave where the tech looked at and was deemed unrepairable due to catching on fire and even confirmed with Dacor techline. I was trying to find the board for you and not trying to defraud you. And as I mentioned before I wasn't dodging your calls but taking of personal emergency with my family member. Wish you the best.

      The service on our dryer was great. The company is responsive. ***** in ******** was prompt and efficient and knows what he is doing. Its nice to have someone we can trust.

      Tiger Mechanics is a great company who really cares about their services to their customers. They scheduled an appointment with us to repair our GE dishwasher which was pretty much new and hadnt worked correctly since day one. It wouldnt dry our dishes and theyd come out of the dish washer dripping with water every time! Id have to dry everything including silverware by hand. Then one day it wouldnt work at all. Fortunately it wasnt a year old yet and I had a manufactures warranty on it. It was difficult in getting through to GE, which they advise you to go online because its easier, but they didnt have my product online, so I had to be patient and on the phone for hours waiting for somebody to take my complaint and make an appointment, they gave me Tiger Mechanical. Finally I was able to talk to these great people and made an appointment, they set me up with a guy by the name *****. He came out and checked out the out, the dishwasher and ordered a couple parts that needed to be replaced and asked me to call Tiger, when I receive the replacement parts. I called and they made me an appointment, so so but two days before my appointment ***** from Tiger called and said he was in the area and could come by and see about putting my dishwasher back in working condition? Of course I was delighted and ***** was here within 10 minutes and we are very pleased! Dishwasher works like it shouldve in the first place. Thanks to Tigger mechanical! We would 100% recommend their work and their great work ethics. They are top-notch! Sincerely, ***** and ********************************************

      ***** was fantastic. He fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes, was professional and on time. His depth of knowledge was impressive. I work in a home services industry as well, and it is hard to find good competent help that truly knows what they are doing. I will be recommending Tiger Mechanical, and ***** specifically, to all my friends and family, customers and contractors!
