      This company knows how to perform customer service and care. Truely, amazing in a time when most companies dont seem to care. The scheduling team was professional courteous and kept me informed all the way through. The service tech knew his stuff Was professional courteous and helpful on some other appliances and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. You wont go wrong using the Tiger group.

      Tiger Mechanicals is wonderful. The employees are all exceptional, from the first friendly and helpful telephone contact to the service personnel. We love *****, who sure knows his stuff and offers helpful hints to avoid the need for another service call. Our several experiences have been top notch marked by punctuality, courtesy, knowledge and proven experience working with our Asko dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Thank you all at Tiger Mechanicals.

      Bosch dishwasher repair, under the 1 year warranty.Soap and Rinse Aid dispenser not working.Office staff confirmed our warranty. ***** was our tech. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and neat.Took 3 weeks for a diagnoses appt. Part came in 2 days! 3 more weeks for a repair appt. ***** installed the new soap dispenser in a matter of minutes. I guess it's a sign of the times, if you want a "*****" to show up and repair your appliance you have to wait. There aren't enough "******" to satisfy the needs of the Verde Valley **. Thank you *****! for your attention to our issue.

      Tiger mechanical provided great service! *** was very professional and explained to me the status of my wine fridge and gave me an option to recharge it since replacing the compressor was too much. Highly recommend them!

      This company has a very poor business model. They told me in advance that I would have to pay $189 to the technician to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and that money would be deducted from the work performed by the repairman. The total quote was $849 for parts (a circulation pump and clamps) and labor. A new machine could be purchased for $950. I purchased the parts from Asko, the manufacturer and asked Tiger Mechanical to do the install. This repair would require twenty minutes of work and I was quoted $540 for labor. I understand that a business may charge any price they choose for the work they provide but the extreme greed of Tiger Mechanical seems drastically out of line.

      I sorry to hear you feel that way. We did advise that the ****** would be applied towards the repair. Our tech quoted a price and you declined as you were getting the part from the manuf. You were provided a quote for the labor of an additional 540 which we came back and advised that the ****** you had paid when he went out and diagnosed the problem would be applied towards the repair. We have a flat rate of $325 to do the part install as we have to pull the unit in order to do the repair and that price was a flat rate. If the tech ran into any problems then it is still the same price even if it took him longer. I wish you well with your utube adventure.

      Thank you tiger mechanical for helping us fix our dishwasher. It was a tricky fix and we finally got the repair completed after ordering parts from GE tiger mechanical is a very organized operation and seems to care about their customers. Many follow-up calls to make sure everything went smooth. I wish every company was this well oiled.
