      Do not use this company. I had their service for 2 years and it was average at best. When we sold our home, I contacted them and told them what date to dis-continue the service as well as asked them for total costs through that date. I paid the amount quoted, returned their equipment and moved on. Long story short, I just found out that they had turned my account over to a collection agency for $26.00. Even though they had my forwarding address, my e-mail address, and my phone number, they made no attempt to contact me. I was told that they won't forward bills or send a bill via e-mail. Apparently phone calls are also out of the question. Bottom line is that I have had a credit rating of over 820 for over 20 years and now it is 780. I do not believe that this company handled this professionally or ethically, and strongly advise anyone against using them.

      Absolutely **** poor internet service. There is always an outage related to cut fibers. If you work from home, keep some PTO in the bank because you will surely need it with this internet service. The service is highly, highly unreliable. Today, 11/21/23, I missed an entire day of work due to no internet.

      I Scheduled an appointment after speaking with a associate who VERIFIED i was able to get service. I paid the installation fee, pushed plans back for this service to be installed on Nov 21. Got a call from the tech saying there is no way they can provide me service and their systems aren't right for availability. So, after I get paid my refund back I'll feel better. This company wasted my time and took my money without knowing if they actually can do the job. That is embarrassing to this company.

      Sparklet is the worst **************** Ive ever had. Outages constantly and they always claim its because a cable got cut and its always cut in the middle of the night around two or 3 oclock in the morning. What BS.

      Terrible support. My office called for support yesterday as phones and internet both are sparklight. They said technician would be here yesterday. No show. We called again today and they said they came at 4:00 but we were there til 5:00 and no one came. So they said tech would be here between **** today. Still not here so we called again. *** on phone says they cant give a time rangebut they did this morning when we called. Says theyll be here before 5 today. Ill be shocked if they show up. Lady on phone this morning said businesses get priority and tech would be here between 8 and 12. Awful support.

      Im very upset and disappointed with spark light. They had several miscommunication with their teams members. I have been waiting for a whole month it get wifi and they ended up not being able to provide wifi in my area. I canceled with another company because they had told me that they do provide it. Find out the day of my appointment they dont provide in my areas. Im sad because I do school online now I need to continue to go to public places with wifi. They cost more than the other company and I was willing to pay more for them. Im so sad and I wish they had better communication with their team members

      Not even worth a star. Every day I have to unplug my router and modem to get my service to work. They switched my plan without consent and then charged me for overages when I had specifically set up an unlimited plan due to multiple gamers living in the house. Any time there has been an issue they tell us they dont see a problem on their end. Ive lost service, had my services cut in and out, even had lines down and still nothing wrong on their end and I still have to pay for days I dont have any service. Their customer service is a joke and they dont take anything seriously. If you are looking for service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS NECESSARY. They have a poor rating for a reason.

      I've had problems ever since I upgraded to bigger plan. Internet kept going out and never got as much data as I was paying for. Finally got someone to come out after they kept telling me my modem was bad and they found a problem with the connection outside. They fixed it and I was finally getting the speeds I was paying for. That worked for a week and now speeds are slow again like they are throttling my internet

      Warningif u like living in idk, say a place with absolutely UNEQUIVOCALLY no tv and internet AND get scammed out of a whole bunch of money, go ahead and be my guest and sign up with sparklight!!! Total TOTAL rip-off and the first thing Im doin tomm is CANCELING! So again, if u hv plenty of money AND do not want tv or internet go ahead, go right on ahead and go with sparklight
