      ***** came to fix our cable modem very nice and polite young man Very professional, fast and great service. This young man needs to be Recognize for great service Bells,***** Also want to say something about spark light service. Got the automated call to tell me what time my service guy would be here? And then I got another call about the time he was supposed to be here saying he was a little bit delayed and gave me the new time frame. Which wasn't too far from what he was supposed to be. And he showed up great, great service from this company.

      If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been without internet for 3 weeks now, along with them knowing what needs to be done and simply not caring enough to fix it. I told them I cant pay for a service if a service wasnt being provided, and they offered me 20$ of a 120$ bill. Immediately telling me that Ive been over paying for my internet for 8 months! But they never called, or emailed to tell me that they have a better/ cheaper alternative out. These people are scam artists in the making.

      Reliability is at best - suspect. Outages of HOURS occur regularly during peak work hours at least monthly. If there were other high speed options available - I would switch ISPs. Cant wait to see the same canned response that the others here receive. Thanks Sparklight - for NOTHING

      Internet constantly goes down. They can't even tell you when it will be working again. Try calling them..good luck with that. Can't wait to switch to ******. I'm done with Sparklight

      2 years of packet loss is unacceptable! I am tired of calling having techs come out and do nothing. I get the run around every time and the problem never gets fixed. I would leave a zero star if it was possible. I hope yall like the public service commission because they will be contacting **** hopefully soon. Sparklight has taken enough money from me for the garbage internet they provide.

      Sparklight is awful! I was told a time frame for service connection and installation. I have been waiting. I called Sparklight to see how much longer, I was told they came no one was home so they cancelled. They came in hour earlier than scheduled! They said good news, you can just hook up your equipment and start watching. Well, the problem is I have no where to plug it into since there isnt a coex connection. Thats why I needed the installation. I was told I needed to reschedule. Seriously? They are inconsiderate and not very convenient.

      For the past year we have at least one internet outage every 2 months. Its completely unacceptable to pay a high price of $95/month for Wi-Fi and have an outage at minimum once every 2 months. They also will not reimburse or discount anything despite the many issues weve experienced with our internet coverage. I work from home, making the internet outages a huge detriment to my livelihood. Having to explain to my employer that my internet is out as frequently as I do has made me look unreliable. That is not the case at all, as I am a hard worker who puts in over 8hrs/day, yet my internet issues make me look differently. This is one of the most expensive internets you can find, with the least reliability.

      I have been a customer for three years, only because they have no competition. My internet goes out for a couple minutes two or three times a day. During voice calls, I get 1/2 second cut outs to a couple minute outages. Their customer service can't fix the issue, They have been out multiple times, I have bought new modems on my dime, etc. Nothing helps. They are the worst.

      We are situated in *****, *****, within a new subdivision. When we first moved in, we scheduled a tech visit to install our internet with Sparklight, as they had already run the necessary cables. However, during the visit, the technician couldn't locate the cable and, unfortunately, did not offer us the option of installing a temporary one. This led to us both missing work, scrambling to find last-minute workspaces, and arranging care for our pets, all at an unexpected cost. Additionally, due to the technician making the decision for us not to install a temporary cable, our brand-new house was left without security cameras. Whether the technician was inexperienced or wanted to finish for the day is unclear. We made multiple calls to Sparklight's national customer service, who were helpful, but the local office left us with little recourse for nearly four weeks. We reached out to our builders, who managed to locate the cable within minutes using a shop vac. Finally, we had technicians come to set up our internet, but their attitude was poor and they complained about the cable retrieval done by the builder. Despite this, they managed to get our internet working. I did speak for a few moments with a supervisor in *****, *****, I believe his name was **** but it wasn't a good time. He did call back the following day and left a voicemail saying that he'd call back the following day, which I would've been able to speak with him due to me having that day off. It's been about a month, and despite contacting national customer service multiple times, we haven't received a callback from a supervisor. We're hoping to resolve this issue and secure compensation or a discount on our bill for our missed work and the extra expenses incurred due to the initial technician's mistake, without involving our attorney.
