      The worst Internet provider I have ever experienced in my entire life. I highly recommend to stay away from Sparklight . They are as incompetent as the day is long. We have been suffering through Internet outages for months currently weve been without Internet for days; we call up were told to wait from 8 to 7 for a technician Only at 4 oclock in the evening for the technician to call up and say he cant help us with his with our problem, then we call back another day and they say were fixing the problem. Yet to find out nothing is being done

      So we have been with this company 6 years the disconnected my service for making a late payment and now I have to pay other fees and other things and set up new service after 5 years of being with the company which is crazy they didnt care to help me since I cant get to the office or make a call to them and I cant call when working and when I get home there closed its ridiculous that after 6 years they wont work with you

      They don't care at all about the customer.. they like to push them to another vendor and get this, they can't provide their partners phone number.. this is almost criminal!

      No customer service, constant breach of contract, constantly raising my rates while slowing my service, and billing me every 15 days.This is a company of crooks and even when I notify them about it, I just get put on an extended hold and promises a supervisor will call (they never do)

      My service was cut off without notice. When I called them it turned out they went to paperless billing without notifying me so I didn't get a bill and wasn't aware of the payment needed. Trying to iron this out on the phone was a nightmare. Nothing but lies, excuses and poor customer service.

      I'm disappointed with the service, the wire they installed is exposed, also here in ********** ** zip code ***** every time we get a little bit of rain or snow we don't have internet, this is ridiculous to have this issues and no choices for other providers for a high speed internet for people working from home, it seems like the service is a monopoly which shouldn't be. And we are not even compensated for the poor service they offer, when we loose are pay for the time they take to fix their crappie equipment, and they use our backyards to run their wiring we like it or not, they make money and do not care for home owners or their customers, I will like to see that the BBB allows other providers and if they have to use our property for their benefit to at least compensate home owners for using our properties.

      My Internet speed is 1/10 of what it was two days ago. I keep calling but their phone menu walks you through to a recording that always says we are experiencing problems in your area and are working to fix it. If its the area then how come all my neighbors are fine! I literally cant get a live person. If this continues a few more days, I have no choice but to take them to court for stealing money from me. This seems to be just a sales organization with no technician or tech support. They immediately answer if you want new service but never answer if you have problems with your existing service.       Ive never had so many outages with an internet provider. Unfortunately where I live this is the only option, so I dont even have the choice to get a more reliable internet provider. 0/10 recommend and I wish I could leave a 0 star review.

      The worst company Ive ever worked with. Do not use. Its a complete scam. Told us originally that we purchased the modem out right and then when we cancelled our service with them, they waited months to report it to collections without informing us that there was a balance for the modem because they dont sell them out right. We know multiple people who were told they had purchased the modem out right, but now they are claiming they never said that. We had the worst internet service. 90% of the time we couldnt access our tv or internet at all. So Im general the product is awful, they lie, and the customer service is probably the worst Ive ever seen. DO NOT USE SPARKLIGHT.

      It is consistently disrupting service then blaming it on our local police or calling it a major fiber cut. However when I reached out to the technicians and police they both claim not to have know about it or the technician said it was a *** line which *** showed no disruption so ot was another lie. This is the 4th time in around a month.
