      Terrible service every time theres a stiff breeze the internet goes out today is the 3rd time in 3 days and it usually goes out at least twice a month

      Sparklight TV service should be rated as a -1. Since taking over for Cable One, the programming has decreased with more paid programming, Government programming, Local access programming and Religious programming at a much higher rate than Cable One offered. They have taken away favorite channels due to, ( their excuse ), cost, but have not reduced the monthly fee we consumers pay. Corporate GREED will eventually cause a lot of people to drop this service and it doesnt seem to matter to the *** as long as his or her Stock bonus money keeps rising. Very disappointing and am considering dropping this service. Its too bad that we as PAYING customers mean nothing but a monthly payment to this company

      Hi *******, thank you for this feedback. Programmers set certain rules or guidelines for how their channels can be provided to customers, including what channels must be bundled together, where the channels are positioned and which cable TV packages can contain their channels. This prevents Sparklight from allowing customers the option of picking and choosing what channels they see in their lineup. We will be sure to share this feedback with our programming team.

      Depends on what you want to do with your internet. If you just wanna stream tv and movies it kinda does ok . If you wanna game online boy you better run from these folks. I got with them when they were still Cable One and everything worked great in my apt for about a year. Then they became sparklight which is cause for concern cause usually that means change of ownership and most ceos are young idiots that only care about profits. Service fell so far in 6 months of sparklight i swear ive had 10 tickets in a year due to there crappy modems and now i think im bottlenecking due to poor infrastructure and lack of maint on the line. What do they do send a tech out that instantly blames my modem without checking anything else. 3 days later no internet at all. They also require i miss work for all these shotty fixes they come up with. Now im left with subpar internet that im just gonna deal with until i move and say goodbye to sparklight forever. Good luck to whoever is unfortunate enough to only have them as a internet provider.

      I have cable America and the service in my area has been terrible internet has pretty much been out for half a month now no timeline for when it will be fixed. Everyone gets a different answer of the reason its out. I barely get half the speeds I pay for on a good day. Not only me but everyone with cable America in the *********** area would definitely appreciate if we could get something figured out very soon or they will lose a good majority of their business in this area.

      This company is horrible. We have been paying for one of the fastest available internet connections and now it is constantly going down. Sparklight says that it is the connection to our house but refuses to send a technician fix it for over a month. We spend a lot of money for this connection and modem and they can care less about our service.

      Horrible company, theyve been cancelling multiple times to come change our wi-fi to my new house. They keep changing the dates and my kids are homeschooled and cant even do their work due to having no wifi. Definitely do not recommend this company.

      Never had a problem with Cable One then spark light took over. Since then it has been nothing but problems. I shouldnt have to reset my router/modem multiple times a day due to lost connection from the **** My internet drops 2-3 times a day. Ive called they tell me the same ways to fix it Ive already done. You get home from work and want to relax and watch a movie and you cant because the internet is down. Then They proceed to charge you full price for internet that only works 1/4 of the time. **************** is no help. I pay for the service I expect it to work. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

      Have had sparklight (formerly new wave, suddenlink, etc) for over ten years.It has had issues for that time span off and on...but since we built a House down the road from our old house, we've had way more issues.Had everything installed new in 2020 when we built, it was really good for about five months.Since then, I'd say our longest span with no major problems is about 4 months. When I say major, I mean daily drops multiple times per day.Between those times there is still occasional drops.For about 5 or 6 weeks now, between 12 and 6 pm (usually) we have intermittent drops. They don't last long usually, though a couple times it lasted for hours. Sometimes it will happen 15 times in that span basically making anything online not worth doing. Techs have been here many times and I'm sure they hate seeing me...because I believe a person should get what they pay for! they see there's an issue, but can't figure it out. I believe it's an issue on up the line because I know people with sparklight up the line, and they hate their service.We have no other options without paying $400 per month for a direct fiber circuit...and we cannot afford that.Please, *******, get us better high speed internet options in rural areas. Sparklight keeps getting paid for trash internet that they don't have to fix because they have a monopoly here!

      Not the greatest in the least. My internet seems to go out on the weekends and I am getting less than 50% of the speeds I pay for. I pay for gig speed and I get anywhere from 300 to 401. Anytime I bring this up a tech is sent out and they try to tell me my computer probably doesn't support gig speed internet. I have checked the settings of my network cards and ethernet adapters multiple times and I have gig speed enabled. I think the problem is the infrastructure in my neighborhood. They won't come out and fix it. I was told they had attached fiber to the old lines because it's "cheaper to do it this way". Instead of doing things the cheap way, how about you guys do it the right way and run all fiber lines ? I'm tired of paying $128 a month for speeds I'm not getting. If I switch to a lower speed I'll still be paying around the same price because I need to have unlimited data and that comes with a price as well. So needless to say I am not happy with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone.

      I went on vacation for 1 month, forgot to pay the bill, and service was terminated. I have a screenshot of the half year of payments up to may, missed june. I received no phone call or email attempting to collect payment. I was on vacation, and did not receive the notice "splash screen", or any mail regarding my internet connection. Service was simply cut off. I am a new customer to them at this point, if I choose to go back. For my purposes, they are likely the only option, as I consume a lot of internet.
