      This company is disgusting. They get people to sign up with predatory rates and then bump up the monthly rate regardless of notifying the customer. The have zero remorse for people and there financial budgets. Then they wonder why people cant pay their bill in full. They perpetuate the difficulty of being able to afford something simple like having internet. Ive been paying for my parents internet service and can no longer afford it for them. After less then one month of disconnecting my service the last bill has doubled they have failed to pick up my equipment because they lack a drop off location in my town. I work regular business hours. and they have already turned my bill to a debt collector and effecting my credit. The completely disregard they have for there customers is so disgusting. STAY AWAY from this company!

      So many outages since Sparklight took over Cable One. No problems with Cable One. Sparklight has lost it's Spark and should be called Sparkless. I pay a lot a month for crappy service. I wish there was a negative star for it.

      I have had sparklight for over a year now and I would absolutely not recommend them. My wifi goes down at least twice a day for no apparent reason and I still get billed the same. Imagine working all week and wanting to do some light gaming on the weekend, but wait, you have sparklight and the wifi is down 15 times a weekend. They are a joke. Go with TVA. I live in the middle of the city too.

      The absolute best customer service and tech support I've ever dealt with! They always listen, and never seem like they're reading from a script. We had a contractor accidentally cut the line going into our house and they actually were able to get someone out to replace it the same day! That's unheard of these days! Thank you so much!!

      Wifi had been slow and patchy for months. We had multiple guys come by and sell ** new modems but nothing helped. ***** came by and found the problem immediately and fixed it super fast. Internet speed has improved tremendously. ***** was fantastic

      Sparklight Service for internet speed is slow. Sometimes the speed is okay and other times It is so slow that I cant get on the internet. Sometimes I wonder if they slow the speed on purpose.

      They **** as far as being decent people. Sparklight took it up on themselves without checking with anyone to change my address, no notification or contact of any kind. Knowing my mom had passed, I was also on the bill, and an incompetent sybiling had mail transferred to new address to which my dead mom and incompetent sybiling were neither paying the bill. But by gosh they didn't hesitate to charge me for what is due on my mom's address. Hmm...that all makes sence. Really bad business management. Wouldn't recommend sparklight to my dog, but I would to the incompetent sybiling.

      I have to say its been a lot in the workings for this review! First of all I will admit Im no ***** and my business is nothing like spark lights. I have a ***************** and they have a corporate company big difference, but I will not treat my customers like theyre disposable. Ive had problems with the customer service since day one here. I am a year maybe a little more later After almost waiting a year for a **** gift card for upgrading my Internet speed, having to argue about when they were coming to turn my service on at the beginning to movin my service to a different location for my business and starting service at home a new place for me! After waiting 2 weeks just for an appt date I get cancelled on when they didnt give me the phone call I was supposed to recieve! The gal on the phone acted like I messed up I pay almost 500 a month for this Im searching for alternative companies Im not familiar with the companies around here! And I will be gone!

      After charging me 90$ and having to wait a week they said they couldnt hook up internet bc the wire was damaged across the street something they already knew and still charged us. I give them the worst rating I can give a provider one for waiting my time. Two for taking my money up front knowing they couldnt provide service. And three for not refunding me my money the same day they failed to provide service.
