      Consumer beware! I closed my account with ********************** and instead of the company sending me a final bill via email, snail mail, or even phone message they sent my $19.96 final bill to a collection agency! They NEVER contacted me, not once! I check my junk email all the time and nothing! What POOR business practices! Take your business somewhere else! If youre in ***** ** use BluePeak!

      Soarklight is trash! Slow and intermittent connection. 99% of the time, they will tell you it's all your own fault the service is bad. Service goes down regularly and is slow when to return. Unfortunately they have the monopoly in my area and the know it, thus they just don't care about you needs.

      Their internet service is shotty, at best, and their cable tv is run by the internet so that is ,without a doubt, the worst Ive ever had to deal with. Cannot watch a program without many, many delays and interruptions! I did it to save money and theyve increased the price so Im not saving anything and must deal with the come and go service. Im sad!

Programmers set certain rules or guidelines for how their channels can be provided to customers, including what channels must be bundled together, where the channels are positioned and which cable TV packages can contain their channels. This prevents Sparklight from allowing customers the option of picking and choosing what channels they see in their lineup. We will be sure to share this feedback with our programming team.       Sparklight has a great internet but the worst ***************** Every time you call they tell you that you owe money for reasons you were never aware. I had an residential account and had problems with the billing. I asked to switch to a business account and spoke to a man neglected to go over their contract. He just wanted to sign me up. Each time I call they tell me different info on my account..a 1 year contract; 3 year contract, etc I am signed up for. I never at any time heard that my internet was on a contract. I paid two months ago that I had a past due balance which I verified I did not; I paid it anyway as my son is a gamer. Now they say I owe another balance. I never got one answer as to what they charge and, I never get a bill. I was told by the previous sales person I could just pay $108. for internet only and I would have my business account canceled since I was never was told about a contract. I did not sign a contract; they sent me a copy of a contract signed by a computer signature, not my signature. I owe the for this month, but do not know what for as they keep changing the billing.

      Terrible customer service. They said they had no idea there was an outage so couldnt inform me as I was set up to be informed via txt and email. She said that was the first report she heard of such outage. Yet when I called the automated message confirmed there was an outage. I make money at this time. It seems I should get on a different internet providers service if I want a fast and stable service. As well as above 2/10 service.

      TK from business sales department was very rude and unprofessional. I am having to pay more speed which I understand but barely get any services in our area. Outage at least 2-3 times a month. The ridiculous amounts for not as quality services. Everything should match service and prices.

      After complaints about chronic intermittent Internet connections over years, the local service management has failed to address the issues. I have escalated by their tech support as far as I can and they still fail to make repairs and miss committed appointments. My network availability which I track and monitor, has fallen below 84%. The cable lines for my service and a neighbor drape down into my yard so I have to duck underneath them. Whenever it is windy, the service is disrupted, this and last month daily. If they cared, they would send someone out that can do something about the failing pole and bad wiring, but despite repeated calls to their tech support they will not respond. Open Ticket # *******

      No effort at contact has been made as of 10 Apr. Sparklight has been unresponsive for over one month to our complaint and repeated contacts with their tech support.

      Outage since yesterday. Tech support very courteous but couldn't ping the modem. New modem didn't help. Appt scheduled for 11 days away. Not pleased. But to our amazement Brian showed up late today (Friday afternoon) and worked late to fix our problem, 10 days ahead of schedule. Thank You Brian!!

      They are horrible there are outages every week for hours! **************** has become rude and never have answers We still all have to pay our bills though They know we have no choice on providers so truly dont care
