      I have been a customer of ******************************************* since 1992, they were not the best, but pertty good. They were recently bought out by Sparklight and service really started going bad since. For the last week, the internet has gone out daily for four to eight hours each day. Customer support is no help, they reply with "you have a problem, we can have a service tech come by in about four weeks!" Stay away from this company, you will not have a good experience!!!

      SPARKLIGHT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY. ALL THE ***** CHANNELS ARE OUT- AGAIN-CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DEAD END AS USUAL. THE RECORDED MESSAGE SAYS THERE'S ***** CHANNEL OUTAGES IN THE ***************** ARE WORKING ON IT. YOU THINK! THAT'S ALL NO TIME FRAME TO FIX IT-YOU DON'T GET TO TALK TO ANYONE AND THEN IT THEN ENDS THE CALL. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY AROUND. AND OF COURSE THEY NEVER GIVE ANY SORT OF CREDIT FOR THEIR MANY S**** **** I'M NOT GIVING THEM ANY STARS-THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. WELL IT WON'T LET YOU LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT SELECTING A STAR RATING ! ! WOW SO THEY GOT 1 STAR WHICH THEY DON'T DESERVE.

      I am so tired of this company not allowing you to log in or not having anything put together. It is so frustrating even trying to pay your bill or check your account. I have never had problems out of fidelity

      Very unstable billing practices and the wireless side of there internet connection isn't very suitable for gaming or streaming due to latency spikes at random times duiring the day and knight as well

      The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. At least once to twice a week internet will go out, with continued unknown time response on time expected to be back up

      Our internet is constantly out. Tech support is useless-they constantly blame us on the router when in fact its their internet. Schedule to send a tech to the house-they now show after being given a timeframe of 11am-7pm.Worst internet service we have ever had and worked with and overpriced for the service you get. A complete waste of money. Go somewhere else.

      Non stop outages, I pay for 1000 down and I'm lucky to get 300mbs down. Horrible customer service, service calls are normally a week out .Don't think they deserve the star I was forced to give them

      When we set up our Sparklight account, we decided to use our own modem. I called them and it took maybe 5 minutes to set up. However, they mailed us a modem and a router. I called and said we were using our own, that they were aware of that, so why did they mail us one. They said there was some confusion and that we need to return the new one by dropping off at the nearest Sparklight store...WHICH IS 2 HOURS AWAY!!!So a week later we drop of their modem and router that we did not want in the first place. One hour later our service is disconnected.I called and was told that it was because when we returned the equipment that we did not want in the first place, that they made a note that we no longer want service.I said that this is not the case and to please turn it back on.Almost 3 hours later and 3 levels of support, and they still cannot get it up and running. I cannot understand how this company stays in business.If you have ANY other choices for your online needs, absolutely DO NOT USE SPARKLIGHT!
