      Horrible people. They do not care about their members or what is happening in their lives. They don't try to help. They email that something was approved and then later say no it's not. They say they tried calling, but ohone records of 2 phones shows otherwise.

      BEWARE-Trust at DESERT FINANCIAL Our banking experience has been great with all our accounts, with the exception of establishing our Trust.We set up a Trust about 1.5 years ago. It seemed to be pretty smooth at the time. Total of three appointments. We had many specific questions and the reps ****** answers sufficed as we trusted them. We also took many notes at each appointment. Present day, we called to change the name of the secondary Trustee due to health reasons. At the time of establishing the Trust we were told it would be $200 to change our Trust moving forward, and that fee would never go up. Specifically to change the Trustee or Secondary Trustee names at any time.Talked to the same rep ****** ago, she told us we would need to do a whole new Trust! We paid $1600 for the 1st one. She said the name would have to be changed throughout the Trust making it cost more. Impossible to just change the name. I told her what she told us when we established it, $200. Her response, "Since Covid they have had many folks having to update or change their Trust." Prices have gone up!I called the bank to close all our accounts. Left a message for a manager. Manager came back with an email that they would charge $1300 to replace all the documents in the Trust, or stand alone changes charged at $250 for Trust Amendment, POA set $650, Financial POA set $350, and she suggested we could do our own Medical POA's.BOTTOM LINE: GET ALL THE SPECIFICS IN WRITING. WE TRUSTED THEIR WORD. GET A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR TRUST! Increasing their prices due to many folks needing changes due to Covid deaths, tells me that they would be doing well with the fees we established 1.5 years ago. Feel like they are taking advantage of established folks. As a customer and someone who worked in ****** care for years, we find this extremely offensive and unacceptable.If you provide your customers with a digital copy of what they paid for, they can make their own amendments and changes themselves!

      If they could get a zero, many of us would say so. they don't even deserve the 1 star. Fraud on my account and basically the bank said that it's not something that they can help with. They have horrible security and the customer service is non-existent. I am closing my account and will inform others of their financial incompetence.

      They charged overdraft fee on a cleared transaction even though my account wasn't overdrawn yet (pending transaction would've made it overdraft). This seems like fraud to me as they are charging fees on transactions that haven't overdrawn the account, possibly as a way to make more in fees. They should not be basing this on possible balance, only actual balance. They reversed the fee, that's why I gave them the 3 stars. I have never seen any other CUs or banks do this.

      I have been slowly moving my money to a different credit union. This credit union has been going downhill since I signed up with them. I have been highly disappointed with their customer service. They do not honor what their commercials or ads say. I am much happier at OneAZ.

      I am very disgusted with desert financial. Several times people have used my card to pay for something. My card is never away from me but they normally resolve my problem. They have to close the debit card part of my account until I got a new card. This weekend someone got me for $274.20. My debit card was canceled and I asked to get a new one at the window but I have to go inside to do it or wait a week or 10 days to have it mailed. Ive been sick all fall and cant walk much. Ive been a customer for over 25 years with good standing. Goes to show that their customers mean nothing to them. I can drive but I cant walk much. Luckily I have removed the bulk of my money and invested it someplace else. They would expedite a card to me for $20. I am truly the victim here but they do not care. Time to find a new bank.

      I have been a member for over 15 years, but after today, I am closing my account. **************** has diminished at this *********************************************, and I feel like I'm just a number, not a member. They couldn't care less if I remain a member, so I am going to close my checking and savings accounts in the morning.

      I banked with this company for 20+ years, being a loyal customer and even opening a ********************** card with them. Unfortunately I was a victim of a scam. When I went to the bank to see what they could do to help, they simply told me it was my fault and I was responsible for the negative balance in my account (*****). Although I was upset, eventually I called down and asked if we could set up a payment plan. I had $1000 in my other accounts(for bills and Christmas) and essentially they said ef your payment plan, we will take what little money you have to bring your account current. So they basically didnt give me a choice, took the other money and said I owed $450. I closed my account with them because I dont want to be associated with a bank that is not customer centered and willing to work with a loyal customer for 20+ years. When they went from Desert schools to desert financial, they became trash.
