Please read everything before purchasing. I made this mistake. Due to cancelation of our event the hotel had no problem refunding our money when the situation was explained. However ************************** would not. Wanted me to supply information they could of gotten themselves. 'Purchased by mistake is not a refund option'. Please don't purchase. I've called several numbers and received several emails with no resolution.

Absolutely fraudulent, they will do anything they can to not issue you a refund that you pay the insurance for, rejecting a PCR test, and requiring personal medical documentation as to why people with Covid didnt go to an event.Protecht Inc

Disappointing I would never use fanshield for *** event that costed me $250 dollars. I will never use this service ever again. I submitted a refund request stating I was working. I am scheduled to attend a mandatory class for my job the day of the event and provided them a letter from my director stating the reason stating I am attending a work related class that is mandatory as proof that I cant attend the event. They denied my request. Stating I provided insufficient evidence. They asked for receipts such as a hotel receipt. I dont have any receipts for a hotel. I am ***** minutes away from the class. This is nothing but a scam. I was booking a stay at a hotel for 3 nights. The price was $167 per night. I have stayed there before and like the hotel. When I submitted my reservation request i was billed over $850. I went back and looked and I was charged $288 for something. I went to cancel my reservation and they will only refund me $526 dollars. This is literally nothing but a scam. Look very closely at your reservation before you submit it people. I dont travel a lot so this was a huge learning event for me. These blood sucking companies try every way they can to steal every ***** they can from you. I wish I could give them 0 stars.Protecht Inc

Makes it terribley difficult to proof having COVID. I sent a photo of my positive test and they want to get a dr note. My doctor will not see you if you have COVID, so would have to go to the ** with HUGE copay. This is a scam, highly disappointed and will never purchase again!Protecht Inc

Freak storm, hotel was uninhabitable due to no power for 3-8 days and still refuses a refund. Stole over 100 bucks for a night. They are a scam and would never recommend these people to anyone. Will be fighting this 100%. Anyone who offers this, never speak to them again.Protecht Inc

Same as everyone else. Mistakenly hit the wrong link and booked a room through a scam 3rd party site. Cancelled immediately, but still overcharged and also added the Protecht insurance I didn't sign up for. Tried to get a refund but the site they set up for refunds is a joke too. ZERO stars. I also was scammed. First the booking site they used appeared to be a site used by the Motel. I called the number ( Canadian resort) and was charged in US dollars but was not told of this. They took payment immediately.Second I purchased the refund protection plan and was assured I could get a refund at any time. Scam....I was not informed of the policy until I read it in my e-mail. They want police reports, hospital records and a doctor note to consider a refund. It appears they will look for any loophole to not pay any refunds. BEWARE of this company.Protecht Inc
