I keep receiving mail from this company stating that they will revoke my eligibility for home warranty if I dont call them within 5 days of receiving their Final Renewal Notice. How many times can something that reads Final continue to be mailed? They even sent a renewal voucher. I have shredded every letter from them. I am a new homeowner and the first letter received, I called my mortgage company and they informed me the letter was a scam. There should be a way to stop the harassment and the waste of both the mail carrier and my time. Mail carrier from having to deliver it, and my time from having to open and shred the correspondence. I am so tempted to inundate them with a bunch of correspondence just to get them to stop. Thats what we should all do, send them correspondence back requesting they stop sending us mail. If everyone wrote a letter to them, maybe they would stop with the harassment. SMH!!!!!

If everyone would submit a report on their receipt of these FINAL NOTICE letters on home warranty to the ************************ (FTC), these people may be prosecuted and put out of business. Do it every time you get this letter. Use this URL: reportfraud.ftc.gov

DO NOT USE THEM!Paid the $200 to set up the account. Then set up Autopay of $200/month. I was told they guaranteed service within 72 hours, but after ten days (and several phone calls) of waiting for a repair man just to call me to set up service, I gave up and asked to cancel my contract. Now they say there's a $75 cancelation fee, so I'm in for almost $500 after only two months and zero service.WHY, OH WHYYYYYYY, didn't I ****** them first?!?

Received a similar scam mailing as those described below. They lifted my lender info from public records and sent a mailing labeled "County Deed Records" but also with my lenders name prominently in several places to try to make it look official. Worse yet, the heading says "HOME WARRANTY RENEWAL, Home Warranty ******* but never their company name. I found this by searching for their toll-free number. They also have a Spanish number listed but BBB won't let me include it in this post - to protect the guilty. The letter, printed on a fake check sent in a 3-sided tear-off security mailer with "THIS IS NOT A CHECK" written on the bottom but printed on a ********************************* check, listed my address and said that my home warranty "may be expiring or may have already expired". Everything is either expiring or expired. It goes on to say that their records indicate that I HAVE NOT CONTACTED them (of course not, why would I contact random scammers about anything). Then they claim it is their FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY ME (I wish.)Then they threaten "We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after 5 days" (that's the most absurd part of the scam - since they have no such authority).

I received a notice from this scam company. It has a picture of our house on it, looks like it has a check inside, and has the name of our mortgage lender, and on the envelope states "Immediate response to this notice requested." and "This notice is time sensitive". Only in very tiny print once you open the document does it say "We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder." They gave me a phony name when I asked for the name of the representative, and hung up on me twice when I asked for more information. They told me their company was called "Home Warranty Specialists."It is very much targeted to people who are not English proficient. Please do something about this company

They should be brought up on federal charges using the US Mail to scam people. All the reviews that I saw on this site are true. I see why they do not have an accreditation from the BBB. Buyers beware!********** review from 10.16.22 sums it up nicely. If you need a real home warranty do your home work. There are lots of legitimate businesses out there. This one attempted to push all the right buttons. They should be shut down immediately!

Just received a mailer stating it is from the County Deed of Records- Also has a photo of my home on the envelope. Signature Required, Immediate Response to this notice requested. Then has our lender name and it looks like a check, including a fake check to get $199 credit. This is social engineering phishing scam at its best. They are making it time sensitive - sense of urgency They make it look like it is from the government- Baiting -nervous about punishment ************ should be brought up on charges for masquerading as a legitimate business.

8-8-2022 I received this SCAM NOTICE. We have never had a mortgage with the listed banker plus the $199.00 is NOT A CHECK. It does NOT HAVE ROUTING CIDES AND FEDERAL RESERVE CODES OR AN ACCOUNT NUMBER.

This place is a complete scam. Avoid, stay away from, do not contact. I have. Even asked to be removed from the calling list. Was hung up on. And received more mail. If you ****** their number you can see it is a known scam.

I recently purchased a home, this company has sent me at least 15 FINAL NOTICES. And each letter I get I call the number listed. Each time I speak to someone they ask for the ** number on the top of the letter. I give them the ** number and I ask them please place me on the not interested list. And each time as soon as I get that out of my mouth I am either hung up on or the person gets extremely rude and pretty much calls me stupid for not purchasing home warranty. If you ****** the **** # on your letter you can clearly see this is a very shady and unprofessional company. I highly recommend you not to conduct business with company.
