This Omega Home Warranty Solution is a SCAM. So we purchased this cause we were told we was getting the Platinum plan. But the Finance Manager ****** sent ** the ***** plan that was not even talked about. So now we have to pay more money cause this place will not pay the service call fee and the part. They are making me pay my own service call. DO NOT US THE WARRANTY SOLUTION COMPANY AKA OMEGA. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

************ that sends mail to your home to look like its official mail and you need to pay something. Such shady dealings and practices should be illegal.

DON'T USE THEM. It is a fraud. The salesperson, ******, didn't tell me that the monthly charges were $150.90 and I was misled that it is $100 like the initial contract. They also pressured me on the first call that I must buy the home warranty right away, if not it will be more expensive later! I called back to get a refund for the extra charges and their supervisor, *******, was not cooperative at all. I recommend the Better Business Bureau should shut them down.

Received a home warranty letter in the mail today, stating our warranty to through our mortgage company had expired and we need to renew our warranty within 5 days.. I knew for the begung this was a scam because our house is paid off and we don't have a mortgage company. They name of the mortgage company they used was never the mortgage company our house was financed with. Guess the joke's on them. How dumb can someone be? If you want to scam someone you may want to have all the correct information.

This Home Warranty Resolutions doesn't have a website to access my acct. The phone # from my AMEX statement lists a # belonging to EFS Engineering specializing in Manufacturing, contracting and distributing fire and smoke products for construction sites. Really, no website?!

Rec'd 'HOME WARRANTY RENEWAL' letter- looks like check in envelope. Had my mortgage company, but it's a matter of public record, & some phony 'Home Owner ID. Never heard of it. Recognized scam right away from wording as 'immediately', 'final attempt', 'respond', 'you are at risk', 'final notice', **** still have time', blah blah blah. Huge giveaway also is absolutely no business name nor address on letter or envelope. A hobby of mine is finding, exposing & burning down scammers- so I called their 800#, as I have ****************** shows me calling from some fictitious number. *BECAUSE*-even if you call with your phone set on 'Don't show my number' &/or dial *67 first, WHEN YOU CALL ANY 800# (800, 866, 880, 8_ _ whatever) the people at that 8 _ _ # can tell you YOUR OWN NAME & NUMBER! You cannot block your number when calling an 8 _ _#! Ph. companies don't tell you that, do they? I called late evening- 1st time got "This # is not in service"!?!! Huh? I C/B, (tapped redial) recorded msg: 'closed now, C/B during biz. hrs.' Looked # up on web, BBB shows lowest rating possible, only data:a PO Box in ***, ********** same as l Only difference is last digit is a 1 instead of the 2 # on letter. Called that #, got recording: "home warranty, press 1, auto warranty, press 2, & closed right now."Also running their # on the web, found reports from counties, credit union's etc. all over the **** warning about THIS particular fraud scam.Don't know if they really do anything legit. Kind of sort of thinking of flying down to ***- & maybe track (****) down this outfit.Just for fun....

Scam! They're here to pretend like you're not doing something you should be doing. They're a garbage company. Stay away.
