1 starIn March 2021 I contracted and paid Express Flooring, LLC to remove carpeting and vinyl flooring from my home and install UNILIN flooring throughout my home. The contract states the product and installation work includes a LIFETIME INSTALLATION AND 50 YEAR WEAR Warranty. I am deaf and disabled and have difficulty communicating with Express Flooring. The company is taking advantage of my disabilities by refusing to uphold the warranty and not completing repairs.I have contacted Express Flooring on multiple occations requesting warranty repairs to the work completed, including repairs to office, bathroom, master bathroom, master bedroom and the entryway. The company came to the house on two (2) occasions to review and document the requested repairs, however the company never agreed to schedule the repairs. More recently the company said Express Flooring will not honor some of the requested repairs due to contract exclusions. They have never indicated where the eclusions are stated within the contract.I request the company complete the repairs required under warranty and without additional payment.Express Flooring, LLC provides very poor services and does not stand behind their stated warranty.Review fromSharon and Richard M

1 starThe WORST company to work with. The WORST experience Ive ever had with any business. Im going on a month and still have no solution. I got a installation done on September 13th and they screwed up my floors. Nothing was cut right, caulking all over my house, my baseboards are all screwed up, paint is chipped all over my home. My stairs look like a child installed them, not a professional. The company had the original people come back and look at their screwed up job and they continued to say nothing was wrong but admitted that they were in a hurry completing the job. **** was notified from the company. Supposedly one of the big guys with the company. He never responds to phone calls or emails. Avoids calls. Finally he had a boss from the construction crew come look at the floors. Thats when **** came and looks at this horrible job. He knew right away the job was done incorrectly. I finally thought I was getting somewhere. A new crew came to fix this hideous job. They didnt fix it. They literally put caulking over the old caulking and said everything was fixed. For ****** you think this huge company would hire people who actually know what they are doing. Nobody should be doing this big of a job that dont know what they are doing. The WORST job and the WORST experience me and my family have gone through. I would NEVER recommend this company for your floors. it will be known to everyone I know how s***** the job was and how s***** the people are who work at express flooring and the contractors they hire.Review fromDennis T

Salesman, install crew and office were all great. We had some issues, and it turned into 3 day job instead of 1 day. However, everyone immediately addressed the issues, salesman came back right away, he and install crew fixed all the issues correctly, and we were extremely happy with the results. Floors look great, and we keep finding areas where extra care was given in install. Couldn't be happier.Express Flooring

1 starI told them this morning very early before i was even out of bed that my grandson typed to them through my ******** and that i didn't need flooring , since then i have been having calls sometimes twice an hour. Even after blocking the number they keep calling from, i am saving the messages they been leaving where they laugh and then hang up .. what else can i do to get them to stop ?Review fromDana P

1 starThe worst company to business with. I hired company to do flooring In my house that we are trying to sell. And they came out to house gave estimate on flooring and everything that would be done. And once floor was installed they half assed it and the seems are already showing after 2 weeks. And carpet coming ** in different spots plus the didnt even seem it up to other carpet and looks horrible already. I have called multiple times and complained and they still wont do anything or call back. They just say nothing they can do. Which is bs because there is suppose to be a warranty on it all. And like they just dont care. They tell you one thing and do another. And tell you ************* back and they dont. Worst company to do business with.Review fromKris C.

1 starFlooring done but they they failed to send someone out to tack down the carpets. Calls are not being returned by the install manager, ****, or install coordinator, *********. ***** stepped in after apparently returning from vacation and sent a carpet guy out BUT it turns out the installers they hired did not leave enough carpet to tack down. We were talked into doing a transition piece so now a floor installer had to come back out. Apparently, his car broke down so he didnt make it and someone else was sent out late in the day BUT the moulding was the wrong color! This would be funny if it werent so sad and frustrating! I just want to be done with this and will never refer this company to anyone or do business with them again! Such a bad experience! ??????Review fromTina P

5 starsSo I just painted my moms house and baseboards with my husband to sell it and the carpet Installer **** came with a companion and they were super respectful I told them I hadn't really thought about what would happen to the paint during install he said there is a possibility on the baseboards due to tools , but they were so amazingly careful that afterwards there was no marks!! Perfect carpet and perfect install , I'm so grateful I got these two gentlemen I feel like they went above the call of duty to complete the install, and I would of understood if something happened but I feel like they worked hard to avoid it and I was shocked and couldn't be happier , they did not have to do that and made no promises so I am grateful, thank you guys , human kindness is something you see very little of so I truly appreciate them for that! I feel like now I can brag about you guys!! Please make sure someone recognizes their efforts and thank you
