1 starThis company allow their employees to hire individuals who don't work for their company to lay their floors unattended, in home owners homes and Im sure they're businesses as well. Protect yourselves from this company. Theft took place in my home and the Regional believed the non-emplyees' story. It was stated that my husband took the money, which is ********. My husband is the bread winner and personally we have dogs that cost more than what was stolen. It's the principle of the matter. This person took it because he was pretty much complained about the guy he worked for, how he left him to do jobs by himself and how he had to take jobs like this. Then he showed interest in an available position at my husband's job. Sounds suspicious to me. However, I was promised a call back and never received a call back. Where is the professionalism in this situation? $200 vs $20,000 or $200,000 you do the math. Moving forward, I will be doing a thorough research on contractors who enters my home. I feel violated to the highest degree! I pray for them all. I am a God fearing lady and ***** will be waiting on them all.Review fromJose R

1 starExpress Flooring gave Me different quotes for the house. Had asked to cancel the entire work. Express Flooring, Contractor, Subcontractor sent 1st Crew in who showed up, different times, took forever doing basically nothing, constantly calling to see what they were suppose to next. The 2nd crew was way better but did not ask for them. Still had NOT come to an agreement, NO one was answering or took forever to have no answer. The crew was working did NOT put an underlayment under flooring so it's like walking on cement. The four bedrooms are NOT done, even though they kept the money. Called, left messages the only one the answered was one of crew workers. He could not understand why Express Flooring did/do this. Maybe I've been discriminated against for not understanding something. Even the Subcontractor said ******** crew could do the job for way cheaper, better material & faster. Still Express Flooring would NOT cancelled contract, NO release of the rest of funding that was supposed to go towards the four bedrooms. Was told the project would take 3days & the following week do the bedrooms. 1st crew started Monday & quit Wednesday. 2nd crew started late Thursday & worked til Sunday. Had to get a hotel for family. Way to much *********** was to strong for young children. My Son's stayed to let them in & lock up. Still no answers, rooms unfinished... Maybe it's time to go Court for all this mess, lies, NO **************** once they received their money. Now you call that a ****************** To me I think I was taken advantage of, cheap material, contract removed from email, NO Walk through after they finished PART of the house. The ones that did the flooring had better Customer ******************** than all of them put together. Suggested ************** DO NOT use or believe their lies. We're stuck between a Rock & a Hard Place. **************** has to learned, Guess they're right a Salesman is a Shark. Thanks, *******************Review fromJohn R

1 starWe hired express flooring to remove and install new floors in our home. They did such a horrible job that parts of the floor are peeling up or weren't even glued down in the first place. Had to have a company come out a reevaluate the floor and state they need to be replaced. Would never recommend them and they have made this a life changing experience for us.Review fromTina L

2 starsWe had express flooring come out and do floors in living room and Bedroom small closet. They going use MDF for molding we told they no way. We want real wood molding. So they took their molding back to the warehouse. Called and asked for this to be deducted from the price. No Answer back ,but I have a bill from Green *** already. We paid .90 cents a square foot at *********** Thier at ********** cost **** a foot. You do the math.Review fromMitchell R

1 starMy wife and I agreed to have this Express Flooring install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our home on April 29, 2022. After a few attempts to install the floor correctly, they refused my request to bring in a new crew to correct the repeated errors. They knew that this crew was not up to the task for this specific job, but they stated to me that the crew had to learn how to do it right. It took over two months and over five different attempts to get the floor installation complete. After the final try in July 2022, we were told to let the floor settle for at least a month. It still did not look right but we were not able to deal with the situation any longer because my wife was ill at the time and has since passed away. I contacted the company in January 2023 to see what they could do to repair the floor. A floor tech came out to inspect the floor in February and it was determined that the floor was installed improperly and needed to be completely replaced. It was not until April that I had to contact them again to check on the status of the tech visit. At that point I was ready to move on from them and simply asked for a full refund so that I could hire a new company to replace the floor. They denied my request but stated they would replace the floor. I refused their offer. They are not very good at installing floors, showing up as scheduled, returning or acknowledging phone calls nor following up on e-mails. I do not trust this company to resolve my issue any longer. It was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. What made it worse was that Express Flooring refused to acknowledge that this crew was inept and they failed to stop a bad situation from getting worse. The crew damaged my refrigerator/freezer along with damage done to the kick plates under my cabinets in the kitchen. They also refused to acknowledge this damage and left my house an absolute mess. 5 starsOutstanding service from the moment the scheduler called me to arrange for the design appointment. ****, our consultant, was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable to help us decide on our floor covering. Installation was scheduled within days (not weeks) and the installers were also friendly, professional and got the job completed within the day. The end-to-end experience exceeded my expectations. I would certainly go through Express Flooring in the future as the need arises.Review fromDavid M

1 starTook my money and didn't finish the job. I've been calling everyday and this so called business does not get back with me. It's been 2months and still nothing. Now I'm stuck with a payment for an unfinished job. Guess my next step is court.
