      Amazing job fast work great outcome. My new carpet in my house looks and feels amazing. 10+.I did not expect a 2 day turn around I had a consultation and the next day my carpet was installed.

      On the 9th of May 2023, I hired express flooring to install carpet in the living room, it measured 12 ft. by 18 ft., 216 sq ft. and was charged $3777.57 and it was a good job but later on I showed a few of my friends and they said I paid too much, So I researched costs for myself and each estimate I did resulted the job would cost between $700.00 to $1000.00, I have been trying get *********************** a design consultant who initially came to my house and did the estimate to meet with me about the price he charged for the for the job for the past two or three weeks but the person I talk to at express flooring keeps telling me they will relay the message to him, and to this date I have received no call back, this is why I was to get a hold of the BBB for help in this situation and to see if anything can be done.

      Both salesman and installer were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. All that was said was done. Ended up with great floors! Would highly recommend.

      I am not inexperienced when it comes to home improvement. This home improvement job was the worst experience I have had in home improvement. The mistakes were numerous. I could not believe the shoddy work. The door to my pantry was left broken. The toe kick around my new kitchen cabinets was broken and not reinstalled properly. Cold air intake grills were bent and reinstalled improperly. The new crown moulding was damaged. The corners in my home are bullnose. They didn't use round corner pieces. They cut the pieces flat and used caulking to attach them.and fill I'm the gaps. They didn't fit. Glue was seeping out from underneath the thresholds. Several of the lightest color boards were put next to each other rather than disperse them with darker boards. Permanent marker was left on some of the boards. It won't come off. After I complained several times, they did come back to fix these things. They should not have left my home in that condition in the first place. They replaced the ill cut crown moulding corners with bullnose corners. It still wasn't done professionally. I told them to leave it and I would finish it myself. One of the damaged cold air intake grills is no longer available in that size. Another repair I told them to leave. I would never hire this company again.

      Most terrible Carpet people to deal with. Fat guy comes out with his computer and tells you how great the company is and offers warranties etc tells you the prices and shows you on his computer then says you will get it all on email, which you do not then you find out that they conned you and put you through financing that you never agreed to!! These people are CROOKS and avoid them at all cost!! We plan to *** them for what they pulled and got more out of the carpet because they behind my back financed me!!! Do not trust these people!! They are LIARS and Will con you.

      We bought a new home in February 2020 and had Express Flooring remove all the carpet and install vinyl tiles. There was no issue with the install (except the price was outrageous - almost $20,000).In 2022 we had a couple of loose tile and called them out to fix it. I was told there would be a $50 inspection fee. I agreed to pay and the inspector came out and fixed the tiles himself. Now, in 2023, I have several more tile coming up by my back door. I called and was told I have to pay the $50 for an inspection. I asked why and they told me because they need to determine if the tile coming up is the fault of the installers or something in the home. I told them to send the inspector out (I knew we did not do anything to make the tile come up). Once the inspector had taken a look he asked me to pay the $50 and told me it would be applied to any work I have done. I asked him what work as their install has a lifetime warranty. He told me it was not their fault the tile was coming up. He told me that one side of the room is cool and the area where the tile is coming up is warmer. It is the same room. There is maybe 3 degrees difference. I asked him if he was trying to tell me that their tile wont stick when it is warm? He kept going back to it is the heat. I even asked if they have a special glue for the heat because we are in *******. I finally told the inspector I would have the work done - how else would it get fixed - and asked him what it would cost. He told me the front office will have to call me, and it will be about 3 weeks. I think this is BS. You have a lifetime warranty on installation but have to have an inspector to come out, at the customers cost, then try to wiggle out of it by saving it is the heat (I keep the temperature at 77 degrees).

      As a realtor, I know a floor that has been professionally laid and this one was very poor workmanship. There were many issues and concerns beginning with creaking floors, shoe molding that was improperly placed and the holes that were left in the flooring. Fortunately, I have photos showing my concerns that I will be able to use should I decide to take further action.

      Although the installer was polite, the installation process and the end product was sub-par. A job that was supposed to take a day or two took 4 days. The installer did not have all the supplies needed to complete the job that day and had to return. When the job was not finished, the install manager was already calling me to initiate payment on a job "substantially" complete. When the job was said to be complete, I thought it looked undone and later found other problems. I called the installation manager and I did not receive a call back. I had to call customer service and another appointment was set up. The installation team did not show up and I had to call customer service again but they never called back. So, I called the installation manager again and he set up another appointment. **************** called the day of the installers were supposed to return to close out the appointment where the installers did not show only to find out that the new appointment was not in the books. So another appointment was set up where they did show up. I had to cancel personal appointments so I could be at home when the flooring was being installed. What was "undone"? The quarter rounding did not go around the corners which looked incomplete and caulking was not applied to the door entry ways to prevent dirt from lodging in the cracks and caulking was not applied to all of the quarter roundings. I had to make them go through the entire job area and apply caulking to missing areas. I will not recommend nor use this company again.
