      We had them come out for a "free" estimate. Cost of down payment was ****. Install was supposed to be April 24th. Our air-conditioning unit went out so we had to cancel the flooring. Their going to keep **** dollars for a restocking fee. Are you kidding me right now! This company is a rip off!

      I will start by saying the vinyl flooring I purchased is beautiful and installed quickly and professionally. The installers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I have no issues with the flooring installed in my living room and upstairs hallway.My issue is in my upstairs bathroom. I purchased tile to be installed. I was told by the salesman that to install the floor properly, the commode would have to be removed but would be put back into place after the grout was set. The installer laid the tile on Saturday and returned on Sunday solely to put the commode back into place. Unfortunately, when the toilet is flushed, everything that is in the toilet runs into floor, which flows into the ceiling vent and leaks into the Master bathroom. This is not clean water but urine and f**** I have called multiple times to have someone come out and repair this. After 4 calls and two and a half weeks, I get a call that the installer would be back out the make the repair. The installer came over the next day but didn't go upstairs to look at the toilet. He told me that the pipe that runs to the sewer no longer reaches the commode because the tile that was installed was thicker than the previous flooring. He knew it would be a problem but didn't tell me. He said he couldn't fix it because he wasn't a plumber. He never said a word to me about the issue. He said he would have his boss call me to help find a resolution. I havent heard from anyone. I have called 2 more times and 2 more weeks have passed. This situation has ruined an otherwise good experience with Express Flooring. Therefore I cannot recommend anyone to use them without some resolution on their part. I'm still hoping they do the right thing and contact me to make the repair.

      Last year I purchased flooring for my house from express flooring. Great customer service from April when I had lots of questions she was able to answer them. The installation was done by ******** he was very professional and answered all my questions as well and the flooring was installed in a timely manner.

      I submitted some information to *****'s list for a list of approved contractors. Within minutes, I had received a call from the company. This would normally be amazing response but that's only 1 out of 21 calls within 24 hours. I had told them by the 3rd call not to call me and they ignored my simple request. They have been continuing to call me despite asking to be removed.

      I have no complaints with Express Flooring. From beginning to end, everything was done efficiently, clean and on time. I recently has some fraying where the carpet met the tile recently. April got right on it and sent *******, the installer, out and everything was fixed lickety-split!I have to admit, I was doubtful with fraying so close to the tile; however, ******* did a fabulous job!

      Express flooring did an excellent job installing my floor and carpet. ******* and his crew were fantastic. Fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They always made sure we were comfortable as we had to remain in the house. Impeccable work and so friendly. Great group of men that worked so hard.
