I selected Express Flooring after observing a friends install. The representative who came to the house was personable, knowledgeable, and not pushy, comfortable while making my selections. Installer was the best. Impressed with his experience, proficiency, and professionalism. Very tidy. Great experience and *** worked big box and this was by far a better experience.

The install crew were very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. They were able to answer all our questions, and returned the day after to complete a door frame. They were pleasant and cleaned up after they were finished. The room looks GREAT!Express Flooring

I tried working with a well known and well advertised competitor. I wasn't convinced, maybe a bad sales man or maybe the fact that the "$50" sale was a complete sham. "Express Flooring" gave me more, covered more area and got an extra room done for less. The other company wanted to charge *****% APR for 4 yrs. EXPRESS FLOORING offered me 0% for 4 yrs. It was a no Brainer.I called Express flooring to show up the same day to get a quote and not only did I get the top of the line product I wanted in the color I wanted, I saved money and was able to get a my living room and carpet Ine bedroom done for 1k less than the competitors product, which didn't cover the same out of space or include the room upstairs.Don't waist your time on the other company."Express flooring" is professional from the Sales Lady to the installers that installed the floor downstairs and carpeted the upstairs room.I saved money, time and was able to get the upgraded flooring downstairs as well as one room upstairs.Ohhhh also 0% financing for 4 years not 12 months like the other company.Remember "Express Flooring". Don't confuse it with other flooring companies that start with "E", I promise you It will cost you more if you do.Express Flooring

Express flooring came to my house to give us a quote but they messed up the dates for the contractors to come out and start taking out the carpet. My husband called and left a message to see what time they were coming, but no one answered of he left a message with someone I called at 3 pm or to cancel the appointment. Thats when the manager called then corporate called then he lowered the price if we made an appointment again and that they could come out first thing Monday. My husband and I talked but I dont think its going to work out. They started off on the wrong foot whats next theyre gonna be in a hurry. No thanks how can they just drop the amount by ******* they were over charging us. Yall can keep it. Bye!Express Flooring

We NEEDED to replace the glued down carpet we had in our garage turned studio as well as our living room with the same flooring and we never did flooring before. But Flooring Express was AMAZING and got the job done. I'm so happy with how it turned out. Thank you everyone that worked on the project. My family appreciates it big time.Express Flooring

The flooring is beautiful, the entire process was quick and easy, had a large selection of options and the price was within my budget. Salesman did a wonderful and the installer, **** did an excellent job, offered suggestions and explained the expectations and took the time to answer all our questions.
