The salesman was convincing. But we had a few hiccups when installation date arrived. They did not order our flooring so we had to wait a few days to get it in. VERY INCONVENIENT and frustrating, but they did make it right. The installers they used were from our local area THEY WERE AWESOME! Very professional, prompt and efficient.Express Flooring

Super fast response to me for an estimate. Next day appointment! Some miscommunication about install date but was resolved quickly. Installers were wonderful and made sure everything was completed including all the cleanup and trash. They were friendly but focused on getting the job done. I love my new flooring!Express Flooring

At first the communication was great and the design consultant was very helpful, but when the install date came no one showed up! I called and they couldnt tell me why. I called again two hours later and they said they had my install date as the day we ordered the flooring which doesnt make sense. So they said they could come out the following day to install. Very frustrating. Installation went well aside from not being able to communicate well with the workers. They were friendly and the floor appears to be in correctly. I am unsure if I will use this company again in the future. It might be safer to try elsewhere.Express Flooring

Salesperson was helpful showing items that fit our requirements. Installing crew was amazing. If something caused them to change a way they were accustomed to doing they told us and explained in detail why. Very helpful in making sure furniture was exactly back where it was. We took advantage of an offer on a flyer distributed to our neighborhood, and ***, the salesperson was good - showed up on time on a Friday, gave us options, and the work started on Monday. Completed by ****** on Wednesday. So far, we are pleased with the flooring, and ****** did a great job. He was on time each day, completed what he could in a day (sometimes long ones for him), and was pleasant and courteous throughout the time he was at our home. I was glad he had a translation app on his phone, as he doesn't speak a lot of English, but we communicated very well with that mechanism. He is definitely a hard worker, and took very good care of our home and personal items. On the first day, we received a call from the office stating that we owed more money as our floor was not even. I would think that the salesperson would take that into account since our home is almost 30 years old and at least warn us that could happen. Sort of felt like a bait and switch...?All in all, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this company. Just make sure you ask all the questions....Express Flooring

Great business to work with. Came to do the installation when promised. Their men were very respectful and got the work done. They were very clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company if you need new flooring.Express Flooring
