I called in late August to take advantage of an ad that provided for 3 for 1, pay for one get 3 rooms of flooring. I met with the salesman on a Wednesday evening and the salesman allowed that the ad only covered a limited number of floor coverings---THIS WAS NOT IN THE AD! Sounded like a bait and switch and should have stopped at this point but the rooms needed flooring and were cleaned. Contracted for three rooms, one in a form of laminate and two in carpets. Buyer is unable to determine the item costs, only the final number! NO way to know how much is being charged for each item. ******** said the work would be done on Friday and Saturday starting between 8 and 10AM. Two workers showed up at 10:30 on Friday but did not speak English! That was sorted out and the flooring completed. NO ONE came on Saturday so I called the ************** and found out we were scheduled for Tuesday, not Saturday but the person on the phone allowed that she would try to find a crew to do the carpets. She called back and had arranged for a crew to come out late in the afternoon. Everything is done on a laptop! A paper copy must be requested afterward! Flooring looks good but the "process" is less than desirable!!!!

5 starsThe second installer showed up on time, got right to work. Very careful moving furniture and setting up things after Took the time to do the job with care and consideration.The first installer never showed up both days he was suppose to.
